Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy App Reviews

I'm so impressed with the Shuttle app! I use it to transfer and update products between Etsy and Shopify, and now I'm using it for reviews. I love the different levels that let me transfer as much or as little as I want at very fair rates. The smart, kind and even gracious way that they do things is evident in everything. When I needed help they got back to me fairly quickly and I learned how to resolve the problem. I am also impressed at how they are tackling even more complex integrations -- kits and bundles. Wow, I'm a big fan!

We have used Shuttle in combination with Judge.me for over a year and have had few issues. The Shuttle team regularly updates their app and keeps it current while adding helpful features. We can easily transfer reviews from our Etsy shop to our Shopify shop. It is a great solution for us!

This app is certainly the easiest and best Shopify/Etsy transfer/sync app I've used. The value is excellent and the customer service is top-notch.

We have been using Shuttle for nearly many years now (since way back when it was called Etsify). I can't begin to tally the number of man hours this app has saved us. It just plain works. The syncing service between Etsy and Shopify is second to none and somehow keeps getting better with each revision. On the rare occasion that a technical issue arises, the developers response is lightning quick, thorough, and professional. If you are running parallel storefronts on Etsy and Shopify and you need to keep listings and stock counts in sync between both venues, this is the app that you want.

Before I downloaded this app, I tried to import Etsy reviews manually by downloading the export file from Etsy and uploading it to Shopify. But I kept running into errors and ultimately resigned myself to paying for the service. But honestly, I have NO regrets. The process was extremely simple and the interface is very user friendly. But the reason I give this 5 stars is the customer support. I ran into a problem where my imported reviews weren't automatically attaching to products, which would have required me to individually assign all 950+ reviews to products manually. (I found out later that this was because of how I imported products into Shopify before I downloaded the app. It was not Shuttle's fault.) I reached out to support to help me figure out the issue. They responded within a few hours, but instead of just telling me how to fix it, they took the initiative to solve the problem for me through the back end. So the issue was solved with no additional effort on my part, which was fantastic. Ultimately, I definitely recommend this app if importing reviews is giving you a headache.

I have possibly tried every Etsy to Shopify app available for $40 or less a month. They all have their quirks, but Shuttle is so far my favorite. Support is available by email in just a few hours or less, and is as friendly as they are helpful. There are more options available in this app than many others at the same price point, and the syncing of inventory and orders works like a dream if you have your SKUs set up beforehand. This is the BEST Etsy/ Shopify syncing app hands down. Look no further. I've tried several. Completely customizable to your needs, on soo many levels, but SUPER easy to use. Not only that, but I inquired about a needed feature (importing customers, without attaching orders, to keep my financial stats separate) and the company developed and added that feature for me within a few days! Wow. If you have a shop on Etsy + Shopify this is absolutely the best syncing app out there.

Really liked the app, until I paid for it and decided to cancel after most of my transfers were complete. It said I would be able to continue using the remaining data elements purchased until the end of the month, but it actually doesn't. It stops all your access right then and there and you cannot transfer anything further from that moment on. I literally had 3 days to use the app, but was charged for a month. Not really impressed and chose not to contact customer service to reimburse for $3. I was lazy and didn't want to manually enter in approximately 40 new entries from Etsy. Make sure you remember to cancel at the end of your monthly service.

Could not be more simple to use and the one question I had was answered so fast earning a total A++ for support . I was able to sync my shopify listings to my etsy shop quickly and easily.

Good idea - BAD implementation. Destroyed my ETSY shop. All I wanted is to copy ETSY to Shopify. now both not working. No way back, have to manually fix all items. BAD!!! and no reply from developer.

Handy app if you sell on both Etsy and Shopify. We use it to pull reviews from Etsy but you can sync products and orders as well.

Out of all the Shopify apps of all types (we use and tried many apps) Shuttle stands out as exceptional on all fronts! I have been with Shuttle since their new branding of Shuttle, I am amazed what Nimo has created for a Shopify and Etsy synchronization solution. Every feature I recommended he as implemented; the GUI is designed beautifully, and the support is awesome! I have never waited for a reply from Nimo, and he has always given details information during any issues which he has always resolved. With Shuttle, you can sync products (all details), reviews, inventory, orders, and all with details configuration and settings such as title appends, sync reports (stock alerts), tag appends, all types of exclude options, a SKU generator that saved me a few bucks and so many more details I can’t even remember them all… The price is great, and subscriptions are scaled to what you need as a growing business. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review; all other app developers need to take note on how to develop, create and support when designing a solution for Shopify businesses and Nimo has done that beyond what I could ever imagine. This app is the best solution for selling on both Shopify and Etsy, worth the spend. Its TONS of features make the nightmare of maintaining two e-com shops much easier. Nimo has been great answering any support questions I've had. The app gets better every month with frequent development and enhancements. Additionally, I really appreciate the clear communication about features, dev roadmap, and plan options. (I need to find a 6th star)

I had been using a different app to transfer orders from Etsy to Shopify when Shuttle was recommended to me by a friend. Shuttle is sooo much better!! It has the ability to do so much more than just transfer orders. But the best part? It's less expensive, too!! I did have some minor issues when getting everything set up. I reached out to support and Nimo was able to help me quickly and efficiently. He even added some functionality to the app that I needed that wasn't already included. Customer service is top notch.
