I have been using NextChain for a good part of a year now. Have tried other suppliers in the past but since moving to NextChain I have never changed again, I hope to keep doing business with them in the future. They always ship out the orders fast and have great customer service for any problems that I have incounted. I also have my own personal rep from them which has been a great help to solve anything that I need. They have shipped thousands of products for me now and im sure they will continue to do so in the future. Great supplier, I couldn't recommend anyone better!

Great app with great staff! Lots of new updates over the past year which has made it a lot easier to navigate and analyse all your stores data. The staff, Tom James especially, has always been very responsive to any queries we have, and keeps us updated with any new information e.g. regarding shipping times. They're always making sure their app is super efficient and easy, by including customers suggestions in their new updates. The number of products they supply seem endless, and they are always ready to offer the best price for us. Would definitely recommend :)

I have used many suppliers and the shipping was always too slow or the quality or service was poor. But Nextschain are very good and so far I've had no issues and my customers are very happy with the product quality and the fast shipping times :)

Not good at all, high prices, terrible customer service managers and worst of all a high defect rate with their products. Save your self time and money and give them a miss!

Responsive customer service, large range of products and good sourcing for items. The platform is a little buggy, so the customer service is really helpful.

I do not give ratings anymore until I try it out. I have down loaded several products with success with this app. I did a sample order and received it in 15 days. Right on to what the app says. It was even on a Friday, so if I would have ordered it mid week shipping would have been even quicker. Product was Perfect to picture. Completely satisfied with supplier. I have been very impressed with my NextsChain experience. They are very fast to reply and helpful as and when I have needed. The system itself is easy to use and is fit for purpose. Whilst my personal shop hasn't had lots of success so far, NextsChain have maintained their level of attention and help with me which is much appreciated. This app is great if you have an ecommerce business, it's a fast and easy way to import and ship your goods. I've been using it for months and never had any problems. I 100% recommend using this.

Great suppliers! Products are quality checked, shipped fast and are great prices. They have many options to improve and help you grow with custom packaging and faster delivery. Best thing is their continuous support and contact via Skype, any problems are dealt with fast and with no issues, never had a time where I could not get something resolved or recommended. Integration with Shopify and orders make it extremely easy to use and fulfil orders

Most of the time NextChain is good. Their Customer Service is Excellent, even when they do not know the answer & they admit they don't know the answer. Their help & trouble shooting is also good. Their processing & shipping is still a bit slow but I think that will be resolved in time. I would recommend them to my friends & family but as I said the shipping & processing is slow. I used NextChain for 14 months.
