If you've been added to their email list, and spammed, then i'm sorry for you. Our company was added, and spammed with unrequited emails. Completely unethical. That's exactly how it would be partnering with them.

I have used the app for the past month. They have great customer service and provide timely follow-ups. The app has been a value-add offering to my customers and so far so good. Would recommend to other online stores.

This app is amazing it allows me to have a return option for my customers and doesn't cost me anything, just allows me to gain customers! Seel is great and I highly recommend Seel to any business. Setup is easy and quick I didn't even have to lift a finger Seel did everything!

We are a small swimwear brand so we can’t compete with the major retailers return policies. Seel allows us to offer refund for method paid and is great! I highly recommend it. Our customers are thankful to have the option of seel.

Update: I have bumped it up to two stars since I was finally able to get access to the app. I filled out the application last night and haven't heard anything yet. I was told a collaboration request was sent, but I do not have one from them. Emails from them only come late at night (maybe they are in a different country?), so getting anything done seems to be a slow process. It is definitely not as quick, easy and seamless as they make it sound. They had a dead email going to the "Get Support" button. Hopefully they have now fixed that. When I tried to add the app to my store I kept getting an error. I tried contacting them through the get support button, but never heard from them. I have now deleted the app and will look into other options.

I just recently had this app installed so haven't been through the full process of a return yet. But the setup/installation was simple and easy. They took care of all of it and made my life easier! I would definitely recommend the team. Everyone has been great to work with.

The onboarding process was seamless and easy, everything was set up quickly and with no issues. The team were really helpful guiding me through the process and I'm hopeful the app will bring in more sales!

This app works so well! All the items on my store are final sale, and it really helps give my customers peace of mind knowing that they can purchase Kover and return if necessary. The app is working great so far! The onboarding process and customer service have been great. I'm happy we can provide this to our clients so they feel comfortable buying our sale/custom items which typically do not qualify for a refund.

Kover is totally kick ass! My sales have seen a definite increase since the Return Assurance was added. I love not having to deal with returns anymore. My customers love the flexibility that comes with opting into the Return Assurance as they don’t feel like they are stuck with purchases that would otherwise be non-returnable. Kover goes into my backend and handles the tech aspect of everything which is something I really need assistance with and that helps tremendously. Plus having this service costs me $0. It’s a win-win all around.

We use Kover for our formalwear (which is on average $400). Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we haven't traditionally been able to offer returns, but with Kover it's become so easy! A large percentage of our formalwear customers choose to add it on - it gives both parties more peace of mind. Highly recommend trying it out for your store!
