Incredible experience. The support team is incredibly helpful, and they created the app's personalized settings, they are almost always available. The app is completely perfect and meets all of my requirements. A very patient and professional team helped me with all of my requirements.

The app works well and it does what it says it does. The real selling point is the customer service! they are super helpful in setting it up and solving any issues that come along.

Really a great product. I honestly wouldn't recommend going through the setup alone however, it can be pretty confusing. UTILIZE THE FREE HELP! ITS FREE :) Oh and heads,up. USE STRIPE PayPal is not user friendly what so ever! Rishav and his team fulfilled my needs.

I first got familiar with this Company by using the Web Push Notifications App, which is Free and just GREAT! So when I needed to add a Membership & Loyalty Program to my website, and I saw that the same company had versions of that as well, I was intrigued. However, those ones did cost a little bit of money, so at first I tried to use some other Free ones. However, those other companies Apps did not work, and I ended up just coming back to AITrillion, and Rishab did a screen-share walk through with me and was INSTANTLY super helpful and successful in getting a fairly technical feature, set up in my store. 10/10 Rishab

Excellent support and very useful if you are building a membership based subscription site. We needed help with hiding certain items for non-members and their team took the time to solve the problem in our theme and followed up consistently to make sure we were happy with the change.

There are some things I wish I could do that the app doesn't do yet, however it works and I'm pleased with it. Customer service has been great and sorted any issues I've had up to this point, so that'd be a five stars on that end.

The app meets all my needs, and the support team is always friendly and helpfull! They standart layout for the storefront is not perfect. But it is possible to get additional help with custom cording for an extra fee, if that is needed.

Customer service seems to be fairly patient and understanding. They did an excellent job in upselling me... however, it was a good upsell and I needed the consolidated services they were offering. I figured if their responsiveness and service was that good, what the heck?

Preetam D and Saurabh were very helpful and solved my problems. They walked me through everything and the app needs some updates but still much better than other apps. As far as updates are concerned they should let us edit the dates of members. To do any changes for a member we shouldn't have to delete that member and again add him there should be options of transferring member from free memebrship to paid membership.

Best app for locking content, and taking subscriptions. Customer support is very helpful, make sure you contact them for any issues. Also, use it in combination with other locking apps for the best membership access lock setup

Relatively simple to set-up although the help/documentation could be far better written and clearer. The support however is very good and thus far have been able to resolve any issues speedily to our satisfaction. Recommended.

Be careful! I spoke on the phone with 2 of their support reps, and they admit that their app cannot do what I need, but all they keep saying is "Just go and buy the entire bundle that includes this app and so much more. It still won't do what you want, but it will help you in so many other ways." All they did was push the upsell to a very pricy product! Now I'm trying to remove my Stripe payment API keys to disconnect the app and I cannot remove them! The app also asks for my email password which makes me uncomfortable. And in less than 12 hours, their entire server was down twice, once for an hour and again for about 10 minutes! Be careful! The app may work great for some, but I was unimpressed and concerned about security and reliability.
