TradeGecko has been great for inventory management. I especially love it for creating "bundles". The composite variant feature is an awesome tool when you want to bundle items without having to create or put aside special inventory for the product. I would recommend TradeGecko to other businesses if you use a multi-platform to sell your products (Woocommerce + Shopify). It cuts time having to manage inventory across all shops. The customer service is also helpful. The reps respond within 24 hours of a request. There is need for improvements including updating stock control in real time (sometimes it take a few hours for the stock to update on the shop when you enter new inventory or a new PO). I would also suggest the ability to duplicate a composite variant for those bundles that have 100+ variants to edit. Overall, good app for Shopify. Thanks!

We really like Tradegecko for inventory management as well as a portal for our dealer network to conduct b2b purchases. The integration of stripe is a welcome addition and the customer service has been exceptional.

Tradegecko is an amazing inventory tracking app. Seamless connection with Shopify and other sales channels. Great customer support making tradegecko even easier to learn how to use. The interface of Tradegecko looks very similar to Shopify making it a comfortable addition to the suite of bookkeeping apps any company uses. Overall, very impressed with its functionality and efficiency.

lots of functionality, with a clean interface. i haven't even begun to scratch the surface of everything that tradegecko can do, and everything is laid out in a very clean and easy to read manner. greatly enhances the capabilities of shopify.

Best program, to manage the business, it have all the inventory and the merchandise exactly what i want. Highly recommend to all people that have a business and need to have order in the stock room and the system.

Horrible support. Do not signup until they work out all bugs. Integrated B2B is not working. Customers cant log in, cant shop . Noone calls back from intuit. Cant get passed Tier one support. Have to spend hours on phne with them , just to review issue as they are chatting with some one from tech presumably on their computer. They only play messenger, not real support, and one can never be sure, anything is being done. Two weeks no B2B and counting. Not to mention several other smaller bugs. . UPDATE: I have reported several times and talked to several agents about B2B log in issues (No one is able to log in) for customers. I was assured fixing it is priority, and I will receive update on Monday January 31st. I have not heard from anyone, nor got an email, nor is the issue resolved. It has been over 4 weeks now. UPDATE: still no better experience. Now Read/write is turned off between QBO and Commerce. Have to call every 48 hour to turn back on. Without it: - bulk bundle converter is not working - cant edit products on QBO and assign tax category . Commerce doesnt know what clothing means in NY state - cant categorize classes on any transaction that comes from Commerce including POs. - constantly have to do journal entries to correct commerce mistakes as simple voiding or deleting duplicate transactions (like refunds) doesnt work. Requested email or call to supervisor 10 days ago, still nothing . Ignored.

Trade Gecko has provided the perfect Inventory Management solution for our business, and has played a huge part in our recent expansion. Used alongside Shopify and Xero, the three Apps work beautifully together, and have provided the members of our small yet busy team with the confidence required of any Inventory System during what has been an extremely busy period for us. Initial testing of Trade Gecko prior to subscription was impressive enough, however after a few months of running live, the benefits of this wonderful App are becoming apparent. Information and data can be extracted in a variety of ways, and the reporting is excellent. The functionality of Trade Gecko fits perfectly with our needs, and when the support team have been called upon, whether for tweaks to the system or just to answer user questions, the response has always been extremely timely and concise. Highly recommended!

We love the app. It is the only app that would do everything we needed full circle. As we function as the Brand, Manufacture, Wholesaler, and Retailer, we needed a solution that would allow a great deal of accounting and buying integration. Not to mention their growing B2B eccomerce portal.. This is something that would cost a great deal as a separate integration. I cannot say enough about TG... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Please trust me when I say "This is the worse inventory app available". I own a 66 year old import and distribution company and was looking for a state of the art software to help grow my business. The app looks good, features sound great, but when you get down to the nitty gritty, I promise you that TradeGecko will fail you in every way. I was prompted to write this review after my 100th plus problem with the app. Today I realized that when you download an item sales report, the total sales is actually a sum of Sales plus Returns. My list of problems is extensive. I'll just add that the QuickBooks connection is terrible, making TG an absolute nightmare for your accounting. Anyone giving this app a 5 star rating should not be in business !

The inventory management platform ties in seamlessly with Shopify. It is a great way to manage inventory levels and stay organized with Bin Locations and Purchase Order systems. The B2B platform has also been incredibly useful and has a lot of potential for our wholesale business. The only issue is some reporting tweaks that I believe can be easily corrected by working with the developers. I would highly recommend TradeGecko if you need to take your business to the next level of organization.

Extremely bad customer support experience. This app keeps removing my inventory and adding inventory to sold-out skus, created tons headaches in customer services. Sent 5 emails in a course of 5 days because no one respond to you, finally got a response today, instead of providing a solution or just insight, they ask me to call their support line instead. Guess what, the supportline says they don't solve app issues and ask me to contact the app service.

I am beginning the setup process with TradeGecko... Everyone has been extremely helpful and timely with their responses. They even stayed on the phone and answered my questions- which is a big deal these days. Once complete, we believe it has all of our needs for orders, invoicing,seeing shipments, adding reps and it plugs in to QuickBooks. The only thing we are waiting on (future) is to work with EDI.

tradegecko is the real deal! wonderfully executed app! we have been looking for ages, testing every - i mean every - solution to add wholesale to our shop. none of it met our needs like the gecko did. and tradegecko is far more than only an inventory management app and wholesale tool. it will help you streamline your business and save you plenty of time with purchase orders, etc. we are also using their new and easy-to-set-up online ordering extension to take care of all wholesale clients (each with a different price level). last but not least they have a promptly responding and helpful support team. highly recommended!
