Importing products to your store is super simple, choose from Puffing Bird's 1000+ smoke accessories and head shop products, and start building your brand!

Once you've installed the Puffing Bird Dropship app, you don't need to update any Puffing Bird products manually, the inventory in both the US warehouse and HK warehouse will be synced to your store automatically, so you can sit back, relax and think about how to promote your brand instead of wasting time updating inventory!

Once your customer placed an order for a product that you've imported from Puffing Bird Dropship, you'll get a notification and once the order was paid on your Puffing Bird Dropship admin panel, we'll start processing the order from our US warehouse or from our HK warehouse(if the order was from outside the US).

Once the product was shipped, the tracking number will automatically be synced to your Puffing Bird Dropship admin panel and to your store order, you don't need to update the tracking info manually.

For US orders, we'll be shipping products from our Atlanta-based warehouse, the overall shipping time it'll take is around 2~5 working days. And for orders outside of the US, we have a warehouse based in Hong Kong to take care of international orders to save you some serious cash.
