The app doesn't install properly and I have no control on what clip art I can place in the app. It has a great potential .

The App is Free but it costs a lot when you install it to try it and uninstall it because it is not the best. Unfortunately even when you uninstall it it leaves dirty code that creates problems with the theme or other Apps. Bad experience that the Zakeke Support Team solved for me.

I really like the idea but it takes too long to save the design, you can only upload photos of 2mb or less and it does not convert the photos, so it is difficult for someone to upload a photo with the quality of cell phones now that normally have more of 2 mb. I like how easy it is to install on the products and that it is free. I know it could work a lot for me if these problems are solved. it's a great idea.

I had been looking for an app that we could use for our online clients to use in designing their printed items and this is perfect! I can specify which products to add it to and then it doesn't affect the pricing modules that I had already worked so hard on. When a customer uses this designer and places an order the file doesn't come through clear or as large as specified. I can't specify the bleeds. I have emailed multiple times and at first was getting responses but now I am not.

1. It can't be used by Mac, only support Windows. 2. When share to Social Media, it don't share to Social media, just let the Design board back to Product Page and show a very small design board . 3. Downlaod PDF fail. 4. Mobile use unfriendly. 5. If we can upload our element, that's perfect.

This is a good app if you're looking for an app that lets your customers create customized products on your website. User friendly and flexible. I use this app to help my customers design their products and visualize it before checking out. I used to use Wordpress and have purchased their WooCommerce designer plugin many years ago. I have switched to Shopify and was recommended to use the Printcart ‑ Product Customizer. The WordPress plugin and Shopify app are both great. They are so easy to use, in the back end and the front end. And the thing that makes me love them both is that they are customisable exactly for your needs. I had some minor problems and needed to customize the plugin to solve them. The support team helped with this immediately, they’re very fast, efficient and polite.
