Pogtale Product Locator App Description & Overview

Make your customer's online to offline experience smoother by integrating your Shopify store with Pogtale.

You can show your customers where the product is located in physical stores down to aisle and bay level accuracy.

This will allow your customers to confidently browse your stores both online and offline.

Prerequisites
  1. Valid Pogtale tenant
  2. Published planograms for products
  3. Shared unique product identifier between Shopify and Pogtale e.g. UPC code
Pogtale setup
  1. Go to Admin > Apps and input your Shopify store name
  2. Go to Admin > Custom Fields and note the product field's internal id that is common between Shopify and Pogtale.
Shopify setup
  1. Copy the pogtale's internal field id that matches your Shopify product meta-field (eg. ix_number_ii <> Shopify UPC)
  2. Customize accordion header name
