So here we go. I went to these guys because they emailed me asking to give them a second chance essentially. Well I get a response from them about USING the SDK for 199 and they tell me that I cant use the sales channel Mobile. WHY is no one using SDK if they are telling people they are. Seems NO mobile platforum is supporting SHOPIFY non api SDK option. Sad really. Believe me I have used every single one out there, and burning massive bridges on the way to the next one. The best one was snapmobile as they were good. But forget that option as you cannot get a hold of anyone and they arent even on the shopify app system anymore. Next issue with this is, for what you pay 199 a month you think they would foot the design experience but they dont; seriously all you can control is the banner color. Thats it, the images for feature is difficult to manuever as well. Then they message me and tell me IOS doesnt allow vape stores. I can show you about 15 that were added within the last month. Dont even bother honestly.

I love the team at Plobal Apps. They provide great support and their communication is excellent. I never have to wait long for any replies or requests to be completed. I wish the managed all of my apps.

I got this app for my shop and absolutely LOVED it! It was so easy to follow the instructions to set up. Customer service is awesome and very friendly. All questions I had were answered quickly and explained so that I could understand what I was doing. I highly recommend as this app will help customers shop in your store with ease. To all who wants to starts a shopify store. This a great platform to convert your store to a app platform. The interface is definitely very attractive and ridiculously fast. I have the SDK version which also has native login. I would suggest you to go for the SDK version because the extra investment is worth the price. Now, let me share my experience from online store to mobile app platform. 1. 70% From mobile app 2. 22% From online store 3. 18% Over Phone (Draft Orders) This stats is enough to decide what you want. Please note if you have more then 60% visitors from mobile, this is a must have feature. Instread of investing more on a native app at startup. Try to exatualy know your market and gain customers from platform like this. Now, about the suppport this team provides. 1. 24/7 dedicated service team for you round the clock. 2. No matter what ever problem you face, this team makes sure you get out of it. 3. They make sure you are a valued customer even after or before subscription. I will end up saying, you must try this app, I am sure you will definetly stick to it. The push Notification and advance analytical feature will definetly help you bring more sale. The support team is always avaible 24/7 through chat, email or conference call. They worked hard with me to customize some functions in my application to fit my requirements. Yuvi and his team are fantastic and Yuvi provides phenomenal customer service! What we like the most is that they are willing to work with you and they have the right attitude towards customers. They are not the most flexible app YET but they have built a very good foundation which works very nicely. Also, they are hard at work adding more customization capabilities and more features...You also get a lot of help along the way to set it up. We are just getting started and are super happy so far! Highly recommend it.

Plobal Apps. Where do I start? First off, I don't normally write reviews, but in this case, I had to. Plobal Apps has one of the most user friendly and easy to navigate set ups I've seen and I've tried them all....There is no bait and switch as seems to be a trend with some Shopify Apps lately. Just a solid, awesome platform to build a quality app on. I can't even begin to explain how phenomenal the customer service is.... They are so on point and promise you absolutely will not find a better platform, product, price, team, or customer service.

SCAM! a team of 3 designers worked on the app during 15 days awaiting the aproval to lauch the app. Finally Plobal came back with "we only work with sellers with +2.5 million of revenue per year, we cant work with your store." Checking the other reviews seems like they are fake/paid reviews AMazon style

We are only a month in and already seeing great success with the app. I will say that integration was a bit challenging—I had to stay on the team constantly for updates and even make some updates myself. If you are not tech savvy there may even be more of a challenge. Wish overall support was better, but the app itself is a great asset to our marketing strategy.
