Pipt Store Sync App Reviews

This app allows you to integrate with the Pipt Platform. The Pipt platform allows you to sell your products alongside creators content and in partnership with those creators.

This app will synchronize your products to the Pipt platform, synchronize any orders for your products back to your store and then any fulfilments and refunds back into Pipt for the end customer. More information about each item synchronized is available below.

We are synchronizing your products to the Pipt Platform, we will synchronize all your products once a day at midnight, but also synchronize any updates and deletions in real time. These will need to be approved by the Pipt team before appearing on the mobile app.

Please use the Product (or Product Variant) URL when talking to the Pipt team about specific products as this will help them locate your product

Any orders for your product in the Pipt Platform will be synchronized back into your Shopify store for you to action your usual workflow against.

Orders from Pipt will have a piptOrderID in the notes. Please use this alongside the order URL when talking to the Pipt Team as this will help them locate your order(s).

Once you fulfil an order in your Shopify we will synchronize those fulfilments (complete or partial) into the Pipt platform and notify the end customer.

We expect a customer would raise with Pipt they would like to refund an order; we will notify yourselves to expect a return.

Please action this in your normal process and when you refund an order in your Shopify we will synchronize those refunds into the Pipt platform and notify the end customer.

No payments are synchronized via this system.
