I never write reviews but I think it's necessary for this app. Pickzen is exactly what I have been looking for. I'm not very tech savvy and this is incredibly user-friendly and simple to figure out and customize. I have been on the search for something that could create a Buzzfeed-esque quiz, and this is even better. The support is also amazing. The staff at Pickzen were able to walk me through all of my questions and make back-end changes that were more difficult for me to do on my own. I HIGHLY recommend this app - it is far better than any other quiz app I have found.

I have been using PickZen for our site and it works wonderfully. It provides an easy-to-use portal as the backend so you could know what's going on when your customers go to your site and try out the product recommendations. After using it, our conversion has increased by more than 100%, the customizable design of the interface also allow us to integrate to our site very easily, in a seamless manner. The tool is highly customizable overall, it's suitable for different products of different industries (especially if you have many products). If you're looking for a tool that gives your customer a personalized recommendations. You should definitely go to PickZen. It's interactive too, you can use it for different purposes (such as A/B testing, product filtering etc). Since it's connected to Shopify, your products can easily go into PickZen with a few clicks. I'll be trying out their other tools too, can't wait! Oh did I mention the team is great too? You can count on them on various issues and integrations!

Working with Pickzen has been great! Brendan has been extremely helpful and attentive in working with us as we develop a product advisor quiz. He's worked with us to make sure our needs are met in our timeline. The level of customer service is superb and would definitely recommend using Pickzen to anyone.

As an update to our initial review, Pickzen reached out and worked hard to make sure the app was working correctly. They do need a better knowledge base online, but they tried hard to resolve our issue and the app is working well so far, so we have not complaints at this point.

I am using Pickzen's Advisor tool to help recommend which type of drone best suits my customer's needs. It was easy to setup and configure on my site. The analytics panel is great because it tells me how much money I'm making with Pickzen. Also helps me collect valuable info about my customers.

Fantastic app and highly recommend for anyone wanting to integrate a product finder or interactive quiz on their site. The out of box solutions work great and can be customized to fit your brands look and feel. If you have access to a developer you can virtually make this quiz look like anything you want. Integration was super simple, the dashboard is clean and easy to use, and the support team (Brendan and Isidro) were incredibly helpful and patient answering any questions or supporting us to get our quiz logic just right.

The product finder is easy to use and the support is really great! If you're looking for something like this...don't look further, just give it a try.
