This app is perfect for my bakery! I can easily block out dates so customers can only choose my available dates for their cake pickups. Keylay Apps has been SUPER helpful in answering all my questions. Super quick responses. I'm thoroughly impressed. One small thing I wish this app included was the ability to embed just the availability calendar anywhere on my website. For example, on my homepage, I'd like customers to be able to view my availability before they go through the trouble of placing an order and only then finding out their date isn't available. I'm still giving this app 5 stars because it does exactly what it advertises, customer service is awesome, and it works super well.

Amazing app and this is so easy to install and setup. We require an app to fulfill our instore order pickup and this gives our customers an option to select the day and time they would prefer to collect their orders from us. I must have looked at well over fifteen pick up and delivery apps before deciding on this one by Keylay Apps. I'm glad I did, not only it is aesthetically clean and simple, but customer support is outstanding. Earlier this week I was having an issue with my delivery fee not showing up in my cart, and Kyle was extremely helpful with trouble shooting the problem. After a few back and forth emails, he helped me figure out the solution and now all is working great! Don't be hesitant in asking questions prior to installing this delivery app, or after you've installed it if you're having problems, because customer support is patient and prompt in responding to your emails. Well worth the monthly fee!

This is a great little app that has everything my business needs. It's fast to set up and easy to use and provides a benefit to me, my customers and my store that far outweighs its price. I chose this app specifically because I needed the ability to exclude my drop-shipped products from the local pickup option. The scheduling calendar had a UI bug with my current theme and it was addressed and fixed within hours of me sending an email. While I installed this app on my personal store, I work with development teams and even implement Shopify stores for my day job and this app, and this developer, will absolutely make my short list of recommendations for my clients going forward.

This app is exactly what our business needs! As a highly seasonal business that attends various different markets throughout the year we needed something that would enable our clients to easily schedules times to pick up their products at our various locations, without having to consonantly be in contact with us. The support offered by the developer is extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure whatever the problem I was encountering was taken care of. Whether it be user error or even problems with the shopify it's self.

Very good Pickup & Delivery app, it is easy to set up and and comes with comprehensive features! Customer service is awesome!! The app had a few kinks during my initial setup (due to conflicts with another app) but Kile fixed them in just a few moments. This app has helped us be able to better control our day by not having 10 orders due at the same time. Wonderful!
