Payout Links: Simple refunds App Reviews

Payout Links allows Shopify businesses to make refund payments to customers, without needing their bank details. With just a click of a button, you can send a refund to your customers, whether they paid online or through Cash on Delivery.

When you click on the “Refund using Payout Links'' button, you’ll be directed to the app. We automatically populate your customer’s name, phone number, or email address and the refund amount. All you need to do is input an OTP received on your registered mobile number and the refund link will be sent to your customer.

Once your customer opens the link, they’ll be asked to input their bank details or UPI ID and confirm.

And that’s it. Your customer will receive their refund.

An automated notification will be sent to you and your customer so you stay informed.
