3. If you did not get how to use it, just leave us a message on our support. We will get back to you right away as soon as possible.

You can uninstall Customerge by clicking on the Delete button next to Customerge in the Apps section of your Shopify Admin.

Once you uninstall Customerge, your subscription will be canceled and will no longer be billed for Customerge.
