MerchMixer ‑ US Dropshipping App Reviews

I have tried several different dropshipping apps here on Shopify and had some terrible experiences getting in contact with customer support. I have a hard time trusting a company when it is difficult to get in touch with a human. MerchMixer has a good selection of products and surprisingly great customer service. I had a couple questions regarding my account and also had a problem getting products to import to my store. Their support team was quick to respond with helpful answers/solutions, which I really appreciate on a B2B level.

The app provides great experience in terms of adding products to the store, you don't have to push the products from a pre-edited list. Looks like the developer has done their homework at improving product descriptions, so with little editing we get quality content on our web store. And progressive product cost discounts do their job, too. For the time being, we source most of our products here.

This is a great way to round out your assortment with lots of categories and price points as you launch, and as a way to test potential new categories for your site -- gathering data before investing in inventory.

I love this app because it provides you with all the necessary items for everyday use. I chose to sell electronics first, but decided to dive right in to sell a little bit of everything. MerchMixer is definitely helping me realize more and more that I want to be my own boss. Thank you so much for the fast reply’s to questions and giving me solutions. Great app for anyone who just wants to be their own boss!!

This app is amazing, very easy to import products. Domestic suppliers for fast shipping time. You have to try it out for yourself! I would recommend this app if you are new or a pro at drop-shipping.

I am so glad I found Merch Mixer they are a game changer for me! I was struggling to find quality products, that are shipped from the United States, shipping times are so important, plus they offer free shipping, which means the price you see is the price you get, and they have so many name brand products to choose from! Also so many categories! The products are endless and the products go onto Google shopping and buy on Google without any errors which is huge as well, because I'm building my website my self so everyday I'm learning, and with it integrating into Shopify so easy and products easily go onto Google shopping easy, and products are posted with one click, it just makes my life so much easier, plus they have a free option take advantage of it! You can't ask for more!

The support team is very responsive. They reached out to a vendor to inquire about inventory for a product I had customers asking about.

This app is awful. There is no way to reasonably find any product unless you want costume jewelry. First I checked the Animals and Pets category and got over 200 pages of results. The first 25 were jewelry. I tried to narrow my search by putting cat in the search box and choosing Animals and Pets as the category. Got over 3000 items but 24 pages in all I saw was jewelry and one pack of cat treats. This is the second time I tried this app and it was actually better than several months ago when I tried it and chose Animals and Pets and got pages and pages of sex toys. Unless you have alot of time on your hands to page through all the jewelry to try to find what you are looking for, I would not recommend this app until they get their search issues worked out.

First order took 1 week to contact CS but they're currently taking care of the issue and the CEO personally got involved so that shows grit. If you do have an issue, know they will try their best to make it right. ill update once process is over.

This app has great brand products and best selling items! They are easy to import to your store and support reply fast!I would recommend this app if you are starting out.

To start off, MerchMixer was a great place to source many wonderful products, but 15 days before Christmas 2021, they decide to remove all the computers, laptops, and peripherals, not effective for a business specializing in this niche. I strongly recommend that you do your homework before installing this app.

Photos are blurry or unavailable, especially secondary or lifestyle images. Product information, such as measurements, materials, etc, is limited to none at all. Stock levels are terrible. Items with thousands available run out, never to be restocked for sale again. It's such a waste of time!

I was able to get name brand products shipped directly to and from the US in as little as 2 days. The tech items really helped bring some consumer trust and a new set of consumers

Happy to find a dropshipping app with a large selection of items, including brand names, and that provides quick shipping. There are some notable improvements still to be made (with the app functionality specifically); however, the customer service I have received so far from this company is excellent! I've enjoyed their service so much that I have chosen to include MerchMixer as a dropship option my second shopify store that I recently started.

First and foremost, great customer service. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is the cost on many of these items are still super high. Even with the premium plan of a 10% discount, with a coffee mug that has a simple design and is costed between $20 and $26, 20% margin is not effective and neither is selling a mug for $30 to $35. I think your team needs to do a better job of vetting out suppliers, their costs, and the same item selling for half your cost elsewhere. Understanding marketplace pricing is detrimental to being a supplier.

This app is especially great and user friendly for those starting out as well as for those that have been around for a while. The support offered is right on point with quick responses. Love the products.

For a start off app that allows you to add 25 items on your shopify for free would've been perfect, but the app do not update you when out of stock nor does the items get restock. Which make this app sucks, also lot of the items only have one picture which also suck.

This App is pretty amazing, Shipping time is pretty fast, and the customer service is on point. I Can see myself working with these guys for a long time. If you need products, this is the app to use, hands down

MerchMixer has made it so great for me and my store with amazing products and they are NAME BRAND and they have great customer service and provide quick shipping. MerchMixer is my first app and my first drop shipping company and it gets an A+++ from me. This is the first app I tell everyone that I know that is getting into drop shipping to have. Thank you MerchMixer and I will always use your company.

I installed this app and tried to find products, but unlike some of the other dropshipping apps, this app doesn't allow for filters down into more prevalent searches. For example, you cannot use a "+" for a join or a "-" to remove non relevant infomration. For example, if I search for a ring light, it brings in t-shirts. If I could type "ring light -tshirt" then it would produce better search results. Given that a lot of people shop on some of the large marketplaces, many of the item in MerchMixer can be found there, and based on the purchase cost, many of these items, you will be pricing yourself out of the market by 30-50%. Last, several of these items call out 3-14 business days. Sorry, but shipping from the US takes less than 7 days in a non-peak time. This simply means they are bringing product in from overseas, so do not fall for the misleading product name.
