Very responsive, highly knowledgeable team provide superb customer support. We've been using Mechanic for several years and are now using for many, many more tasks that we had originally planned for. We've also been able to get rid of some other apps as this one can do so much. The Lightward Team are also just lovely. Responsive, thoughtful and obviously super-clever... Thank you Isaac and team!

Amazing app that's got a great library. As a small store owner it's helped with some small but important tasks. I'd imagine if I knew more about coding the possibilities would be endless.

This is one of the best developer apps out there on Shopify! The team is super helpful, the Mechanic community on Slack is excellent, and there are literally limitless opportunities to automate your store with this app. Highly recommend!

This has really opened up a world of possibilities for me as a dev. Any store with an in-house developer or any Plus store that leverages flows should 100% have Mechanic on hand. They have great documentation, amazing support and a phenomenal community too. I've been working on Shopify stores for 5+ years and I've never had a better app support experience.

Love that this one app helps add functionality to our store that we'd otherwise have to pay for multiple apps to accomplish. An extensive task library helps to get things started and is a very useful guide and reference. Customer service is helpful and quick to respond. What else could I ask for?

Such a great app! Filled a big gap for us and enabled us to automate a lot of tasks and business logic without the hassle of managing our own private apps.

This app is gold. you can just leave your Shopify working on its own without doing anything with their task. This is highly recommended to every Shopify user. Don't waste your time with Mechanic. Try MESA if you need something like Mechanic. This app isn't great... price gouging, confusing setup, automation that doesn't run, and many many many other problems. Need support from Mechanic? Yeah, good luck getting a response.

This app is wonderful and the customer service is out of this world. With a combination of group and direct support tricky requests are always solved promptly. Would highly recommend.

All to often, Shopify App Developers fall short on customer service, especially post-sale. Matt at Mechanic was absolutely amazing during my set up and helped me understand the development process. Im looking forward to using this as a back-end tool to help us manage system processes. Great work guys! Not only did you create a much needed system, you also care about your clients!

I don't think you could find 2 people that have a bad a word to say about Mechanic. We are in the process of launching another store and Mechanic was one of the first apps we installed. I think it's a must have for any Shopify store at any level. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Solid app that does what it's supposed to. And the team has been very responsive anytime something needs tweaking and I don't know how. Good stuff!

One doesn't need to be a developer to start adding automatism to own store, but after a while the tool is so useful and versatile that it's almost impossible not to get intrigued from the liquid code to start trying to customize to a higher level. This is were the handy community comes in to place, to find new ideas, to find help or to give help. I like everything about this tool, but more importantly I like the human touch to it! Thanks to the helpful team / owner behind it!

This app is super helpful, filling all the holes left open by shopify. Basic things that you think you should be able to do easily, but can't on shopify, Mechanic has a task for that.

Useful! Great app tu automate and to integrate with Shopify Flow. Fills-in the needs we have. We neeed to send an email to our customers based on different reasonings and this is possible, thanks to Mechanic. Also we like the ability to tag orders/customers automatically which helps us create flows in Klaviyo. I think we are using 10% of this tool, but we are looking forward to use it more every day. A big thank you also to the team that is always available =)
