I could improved our customer experience for free with this app. Great app. I also liked their great customer support.

Great App for creating badges on your products. You can create custom badges and upload them on the app and create any offer you want on a particular product. Also, great support team, they send you massages as soon as possible and they do anything to fix the issue and make your app better on your store page. I do recommend this app if you want to create badges and offers on your website and products.

The app is decent but they possibly have the worst support I have ever experienced. Their "live chat" on the app is not even close to live. Sent several messages for days and still have never received a message back. The app works in a pinch but we will be immediately removing the app and looking for another. Save yourself the headache UPDATE: Their support team responded with a make good. I feel this make good has changed my viewed of them to slightly more positive which has caused me to increase my rating. We're going to keep the app for now and will re-evaluate in time when more challenges arise

Good help. Needed some customazation in the colors and realy fast replys and help, would recommend it for every webshop!

Good app but poor backend. Can not chat with support, every-time I send a message the app crashes. I'm trying to use the same badge to products on sale and I can not fid the badge to apply in newer products. Needs improvement.

This app allows you to update quick and easy. There is a good range of stock based badges, but also you can upload custom ones with accurate placement. The support team is reasonably swift to respond to issues too.

Great Support by the team! Quick response and they are ready to help. They will help you out if you have any problems with badges. I recommend this App.

Have not been able to get this app to work at all. It looks almost as if the dashboard itself is half cut off. Reached out for help a few times & was ignored. It's a shame because I was really excited about this & planning to upgrade to the paid plan. Glad I didn't.

Customer service is fast in responding and really helpful in the request I needed. Tried many apps but this is the best one so far!

I wasn't able to do what I needed with this app, but the in-app Live Chat was ACTUALLY LIVE. Juan responded right away and helped answer all my questions. So far the best badge apps out there, the badges look good and scale properly. If they add the feature of having more than 1 badge on a product I will definitely be a customer.

Easy to use, great app for my store. I really love it . The support team is very enthusiastic and fast.

I tried it out and adding product badges does not always work. It looks nice when it does work. The major problem here is that it adds the badge to EVERY SINGLE PICTURE in each product page rather than just the main one. That is a big problem and it looks very bad unfortunately, especially when combined with animations. Would also be nice to change the font or background color on badges.

Really nice app, it was very easy to install and use. Also nice that it has a free option that you have an opportunity to use to see if it works for your store, before upgrading to paid option.
