Good app for invoicing. Very easy to use and set up. Very complete free plan to use for small business.

Support is non-existent - good luck chasing them if something is not working. Wasted time asking for advertised feature to work, after I got Shopify involved they tried to fix the issue but it didn't and I have not got responses

I used this app to help with partial invoicing and credit notes which was not provided by shopify. Customer Service was great as well.

The App is awesome in terms of creating elegant and professional invoices for our customers. We came across an issue when trying to add links to the invoices on our customer accounts' page, but Vinal helped us out! Guys, you are doing great as a 4 member team!

Invoice Falcon is a powerful and customisable invoice generation app which helps us ensure all our invoices are perfect before sending to our customers. This app has a great edit function, which allows you to modify the generated PDF - you can click and edit text in any box, change information that was imported from customer account and order, and modify this information if required before sending or exporting as pdf. It allows for customisation and design of your invoice template by enabling or disabling different fields, and customising the colours according to your brand. It makes it easy for non-technical orders to update, modify and create invoice templates. Invoice Falcon is a great fully featured invoice app for Shopify.

The App is very simple and intuitive in use. It let you issue and automatically send the invoice. Also edit them, if needed. You can download invoice batch and export them ti Excel as well. Customer service is amazing!

I found this app really good as you get free plan (up till 50 invoices monthly) which is very important for small business. Also all invoice fields can be renamed which is crucial feature for non English countries. In almost 3 years there was only one issue I encountered, but support was very helpfull and fixed that quickly.

Hangs a lot & invoicing sequencing keeps troubling. not worth the amount charged per month. We face issues almost every month. They are unable to provide any sort of resolution & keep delaying it saying this issue never happened, and we are working on it. On the contrary, they have been sharing our data with third-party developers, which is not legit. Shopify should take legal action against such apps for breach of consumer data.

We liked it. It is helping us and making things easy. It is fulfilling our purpose in most easy and feasible manner.

Says free automatic invoices. But then asks you to pay for it. Super shady advertising. ill steer clear of this shady company

I selected one customer to send an invoice to them and it sent invoices to every customer I've ever had even though the UI showed one customer selected. I am in the process of dealing with over a hundred customers that think I am charging them for orders they didn't make.

Love this app. So easy to send invoices before or after orders. Invoices are automatically generated and sent at a click of a button. The support team are amazing too.

I need commercial invoices with my tax ID for shipping, this has been really quick and easy so far and free below 50 invoices per month is nice! I'd like to add HS cides, - will see if that's possible...
