great support and help with our issues. app works fine although some things could be better. 5* for the staff

Does what is says on the tin, requested a small code alteration to suit our theme and it was done within 24h, no messing about and no issues, highly recommended!

The support is incredibly fast and professional. Most of our problems were fixed within an hour or less.

We faced some logical problems when we downloaded the app but the customer support was amazing. They supported us immediately and helped us. 5 stars!!

This is a great app. We were able to set up a few tiers of free gifts for different value orders and ever since sales are way up. We are giving away a bunch of little trinkets with our logo on them, but the value of just the increase in conversions is definitely worth it. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

I never ended up using the app, so can't say anything about it. But they will start spamming you with emails, beware. No unsubscribe button either. You really deserve those 1 star reviews

Same experience as the below negative reviews. I installed this app and did not feel confident at all with their guide requiring code edits, I uninstalled the app and have been bombarded ever since by an incessant amount of emails, I have emailed them multiple times to remove my details and no follow up. I am receiving the same infuriating email today for the 7th time in a row. Upon uninstalling the app, an email landed in my spam folder a week later requesting that I respond to request removal of "additional data" which is a breach of shopify appstore, the email was formatted in such a way that there was no reply to email. None of the emails I receive have an unsubscribe link. Extremely concerned by the practices of this shopify app developer and what they do with my data. Will be filing a complaint with shopify.

For our store, we often do promotions with a free item (like free X with all orders over $100...) so this app has been great! We ran into an issue recently where the gift wasn't appearing but Webkul support found the issue in our code and fixed it, so then it worked like a charm after that :)

I test the app and it's working well & the help support is very supportive, i have some problem related with the gift, but itsolved within minutes

The Gift on Order app provided a relatively easy way for us to list samples on our ecommerce site. Some customizations were needed and development work, however the app developer was quick to communicate and make needed changes.

I spent hours upon installing because overall the system is great and what I was looking for, Just to find out upon finishing and testing it out, that you can only have one gift per purchase. and not several level gifts with each order amount milestone. Why would anyone want it like this?

I feel harassed by their incessant emailing when I've already responded to the first ticket that I have already uninstalled the app!! But NO ONE responds to acknowledge that fact and continues to email me to see if I needed helped or have any questions about the app. I don't know HOW TO GET THEM TO STOP INVADING MY INBOX.

We used this for handling gift products and the support app team is providing excellent.App is very flexible and easy to configure.

It works really well :-) at first it didn't work with my theme, but they quickly made some changes for me, and made it work. Perfect!

the team was super helpful in adding the liquid codes to our theme, as well as customize it based on our preferences! made the installation process, seamless. love how the gift automatically adds to cart!

An excellent app from which we have been getting lots of benefits. But needs to be improved a bit: -needs to load faster in the cart so the free gift gets added in the checkout, takes 5 seconds to load, if customers click the checkout button right away it gets left off on the checkout page. -update the backend, images of the gift products are not showing.

If you install this app you'll be added to a mailing list that start as soon as you uninstall - No "unsubscribe" link on it. If I receive one more I'll report you guys

i install the app but my store got all messed up. Warning dont install it if you dont know what your doing with codes
