I used this app to help spread the word about customers leaving a google review for my online store, It was a quick and easy set up!

The app works! My google page is active since 3 years and was about 50 reviews when I installed the app. After about 5 weeks I receive about 15 reviews! It's about the 20% more in a month. The app works, my expectations was low but I had to change my mind! Now I'm with the Grow plan. Suggested for everyone that want to grow their numbers of reviews on Google my business!

They send automatic "I'm here to support" emails almost daily but when we emailed them and sent messages on their chat for help, they responded once and have since not been responding to our questions. We are having trouble setting up (the email review notifications are not sending & two other minor issues) and they have not helped us resolve the issues and continue to ignore our inquiries.

I have just downloaded this app, and while doing the settings, I had encountered some minor problems. I wrote my question using the chat - the support was very fast, very kind and also very effective. First class! I hope that I am going to have the same great experience after using the app for some time.

It's always nice to get great service on the phone or zoom call for apps. Appreciated Bhavya's help.

This app has helped our store go from 0 reviews to over 1000 reviews in less than 6 months. If you have an online store please download this app. This will dramatically increase your reviews on Google which is vital to a business in today's economy.

I added this app so it can automatically request reviews from customers. Im going to try the sms route to see how that performs as well. Only wish it had more customization options for the emails but hopefully soon it will be added.
