To be honest I love this app because it fits my brand so well. But the team for this app seems to have disbanded, I don't know, I have long messaged on their app and no one has responded. Click the function of inviting friends, the page shows that it has been sent, but the actual mailbox has not been received. The front desk is responsive and the back office doesn't give thanks for the lack of execution. Very unreliable. I found their official website to check their customer information and unfortunately I didn't find the widget on their customer website. I ended up uninstalling the app due to concerns about the mess of the points system and the laziness of the support team, and I'm very sad because I really like the interface and the idea of the app. Looking at the free use package, I temporarily leave 4 stars

Gamiphy is a one-stop shop for your loyalty needs, the app is very easy to install and there are a lot of customization options

I love this app, especially the shopping birds game, our users are enjoying playing the game and getting points in new interactive ways. Highly recommended to increase engagement with your users.

Great loyalty app. Easy to set up and configure, I love that they offer games and other gamified elements. I would love to see them add more branding options but so far so good! Highly recommend it
