Create purchase orders with delivery date, supplier information, line item details and cost, plus tax and shipping information.

Add items to a purchase order by selecting from individual products, or quickly create a PO from your existing Orders on Shopify. Set a PO as "Received" to update your inventory quantity, similarly to Transfers.

When you create a PO from an existing Shopify Order, the app will pre-fill the exact quantity sold of each product, in addition to all line item details, like the cost per item saved on Shopify. Most fields are editable in the PO creation screen, making it simple to adjust anything.

Set the "Ship to" field of the PO to one of your locations, any custom address, or the shipping address of an Order, so your supplier may deliver directly to your customer.

Generate a PDF document of your purchase order for print and filing, or email it to the supplier. We have integrated the emailing task with your default email client, to reduce the chance of the message going to a spam folder, improving deliverability and letting you keep record of messages more easily.

Store multiple supplier profiles in the app, and easily assign new purchase orders to any of them at any time.

If you have complex shipping or tax calculations for each P.O., the app gets out of the way and lets you overwrite any amounts.
