All of the customer support team are very supportive through the integration with FedEx. They do fast respond to give feedback on my issues and are always straight to the point with the solutions. Very polite. Especially Manohar V and Addina. I found the wrong setting with the packaging and calculation rates which I don't understand. But they quickly resolved the issue. The app works great. Support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish, if they had an option to add additional insurance on selected orders only by using any certain criteria (order value), instead of either selecting all or none.

The only app we've found truly works for linking One Rate with Shopify. Honestly a huge downfall of Shopify's that you can't link FedEx One Rates directly, but Pluginhive fixes that. Customer support is fantastic as well. Our one rates were populating based on customers ordering more than 1 unit and it scaling up the box size. But they helped us immediately
