We invested in eye4fraud over 3 years ago and have never looked back! Great customer service with a product that keeps getting better. We use the Guaranteed service on all payments and we no longer waste manual time checking fraud. If one does get through the net we're covered and we get paid back within 3 days. We looked at other platforms and settled on Eye4fraud and its one of our best decisions on SASS software, obviously on par with choosing Shopify. Thanks again Eye4fraud!!

We've been using Eye4Fraud for a while now and can't say enough great things about them. Super simple to onboard and integrate with Shopify. This app works perfect for my company. This company provides alerts, phone calls and emails when we should NOT ship an order. Until, my company received this app we were being hit with chargebacks constantly until we added this app to our store and we noticed a major change. Also, the customer service is excellent. We have immediate contact to a live person and they are so kind.

I was happy to start , until I realized I was being charged monthly $58 for 100 orders. I keep getting email about a check being sent to my address due to the chargeback. I only got pay the amount not $15 extra the bank fee charges for the chargeback. I been waiting 4 months each month I should be getting a check. I email them ,and say I should be getting it. I been so patience ,and It makes feel upset how this business handles customers. I though this app is free until I was being charged every order regardless If I would get a refund or not. For small business owners it is a big lost putting my trust in them. Now I am losing more money in my business. The chargebacks + eyefraud monthly = No money from both sides. I am having money removed from me both. I am going back to NOfraud fraud protection were I could get my refund right away.

I can't imagine running my business without this app. I've been shut down countless times due to the high level of fraud that's common in my business. Eye4Fraud completely eliminated this.
