Exico Related/Cross Sell Mgr App Reviews

Very easy to use and straightforward. The only suggestion I would have is to show in a list which products are not related/cross-linked yet. You are giving the information on the total amount and percentage of non-related but I need to go back to my store and search for these products individually. With a lot of SKU's it is a cumbersome task.

This app does exactly what is advertised. The app is easy to implement and the instructional videos are easy to follow. Support is also very helpful and responses are fast.

It does not work. You keep inputting products and saves but does not retain what you save. Also as in other ones, if you go to view the app in the shopify store, it shows your signed in on that store but when you open the app from your shopify dashboard, what your actually signed in as the other work which of course does not retain what you have been manually inputting. These apps on cross selling still has a lot of development that is needed. Makes sense why there's only 3 days of free trial so your stuck to the charges on the second week,.

Brilliant App, and customer service was 5*. The app is very straight forward to use, some help needed for the coding, but that was due to us using a slightly different template. Contacted customer support who were more than happy to sort this for us, and everything was up and running in under an hour.

After looking for a long time, finally I found Exico and it does the simple task of allowing the seller to control what accessories or other items are shown to the customer on the product or cart page. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install and implement and, yes, the customer support is awesome.
