There are so many Shopify apps available that it was hard to choose, but we're happy to be exploring what Artificial Intelligence can do for our business with EPICA. Our site is more accessible and efficient with this app, it's come to simplify our lives.

Bought through Appsumo, failed to perform the promised "recommend from same collection", and the worst of all, if you don't "track inventory" in Shopify (within normal usage specs), the app won't recognize & recommend these products. Their workaround is, I quote "recommendation is that you increase the inventory to 1m units so that it does not run out and the search engine can display the products." This is after nearly a month of emails and sending them reminders every few days.

Great app with Cool Search and AI Function that helps customers with their purchasing decisions. Their customer support is very responsive and they were always quick to help. Worth the download!

Servers are slow, customer service is terrible. A lot of features seem half-finished. Integration doesn't match the theme (page width etc.) and it looks really bad on mobile. Pretty disappointed.

This product recommendation app is a huge time saver when you are doing your personalization strategy. They have a great product recommendation engine that automatically reminds customers about products they might be interested in and work very well with the search. ROI has been 8x for recommendation AI, and we expect that to increase significantly. The way we communicate with customer support is excellent, and Juan has been so helpful in our onboarding process. Poor user interface, not user intuitive. Application did not properly install. Placement of products flawed. Higher learning curve.

I just installed EPICA. I was very easy to connect with my data and setup in the e-commerce. Its great how the combine multiple solutions into one like Predictive Search and Recommendation Banners. What I liked to most is that they have a Cluster Builder were they group each shopper based on the searches and interactions that had with the website to properly allow me to retarget them not only via email but in multiple forms.

love this app but lately it wont load and was giving error 404 codes on website. i defiantly would recommend if it ever gets fixed! can't wait to add it again :D

Simple to install and I started to see results really quick. Would recommend this app for every business that wants to start anticipating purchase behavior. It automatically sorts products into predictive categories, making it easier to make the changes needed to optimize sales. Great Experience!

You will not regret adding EPICA to your team! It has been easier to understand and target our consumers better. Sometimes when a person enters our store they might not know where to start because we have so many clothes, but with the recommender widget we make it easier for them and we can understand them better.

We are activaley using EPICA on our shopify store for a couple months now. We are very happy with the incredible on boarding and setup support from the EPICA team as they helped us to get the app up and running with great user experience. The widgets and search box is very easy to setup and will give your customer a great way to find the right product on your shop.

We are so happy that we added this app to our Shopify store. The recommender widget that pops up for our consumers has helped us increase sales because we can show them the pair of Jeans that they are most likely to buy. We have so many different cuts that sometimes a customer has a hard time picking one, so our recommender widget comes in perfectly!
