Great app! Had some problems with the templates and the profiles, because it is totally different from the integration app I had on a different platform. But the helpdesk is perfect, they are there as long as you need them :-)

This is the best Shopify to eBay Integration app on Shopify with the best and friendliest support you can find. Having tried all other apps and with my high tech and programming knowledge, I can say that this is by far the best app, easy to use for everyone. There is a small learning curve like any app but once you figure it out, it's amazing, fast and efficient. You can create profiles and templates for different collections to help you upload them to the right Ebay Store Category without having to keep setting it every time on every product. It's a very well thought out and developed app. Very much worth the cost, don't waste time trying others, this is the best one!

I really enjoyed the way the EBAY interface to Shopify did the software installation and my Shopify products uploaded into EBAY. Plus the EBAY dashboard is very nice to view the business details . The support is top notch. All my questions are answered almost immediately. It is unfortunate that my previous app will be discontinued but as of now I am happy with how this app is functioning so far.

Early days but the app seems to be very comprehensive. The support is fantastic. I have already had a half hour video call and several immediate online chat assistance. Highly recommended.

The support team of this app is excellent; they always available to help. I'm learning to use the app, and they always ask if I need support or something.

Excessive bugs in app led me to remove it after 3 weeks. First would not transfer all of my pictures from shopify to ebay. Then, some of the variants for items were transposed so the wrong variant name was applied to the wrong picture. This transposition wasn't even in the exact same listing, but a similiar, albeit different listing. Several orders were not transferred properly including products sold via Shopify POS were not properly pulled off ebay within a timely manner (12 hours is not timely) which caused the item to be sold again on ebay which then caused an out-of-stock demerit negatively impacting my ebay rating. Had another incident where an ebay customer bought an item, then minutes later in a second transaction bought a second item of the same thing, but the app only transferred one of the orders to shopify, presumably because the app flagged it as a double order when in fact it wasn't. When I asked why this problem occurred, they did not provide an answer, at all. At least 3 times when discussing these glitches (bugs), the response I received was 'server issues'. For comparison, I typically have about 500-600 listings from Shopify that are listed to ebay. The app developers are based in India which in and of itself is not a problem, but the customer service team that is available during US business hours are not app developers, so when a problem does arise it cannot be resolved until the app developers come to work during their daytime (our nighttime) which means any issues typically are not resolved for a minimum of 12 hours - which is not timely and I would not consider 24/7 service. The app itself is counter-intuitive and hard to learn, especially when some wording is definitely colloquial to India.

I've gotten stuck quite a few times, because I don't have luck getting things to work easily. And the team have give amazing support! - Quick to respond - Always been available - Quick with the solution to fix it (And it isn't usually their app that's causing the issue, it's Ebay, or something else) Would recommend these guys! (And I'm still on the fee trial version!)

I got the best assitance from the Ced eBay team when I was standing up eBay app. They were very patient and very professional. Great guys. It was easy and seamless to switch from the free eBay app to Ced eBay app.

This app makes it very easy to upload your products straight onto ebay. They have great customer service and even extended my free trial to use more of the app.

Used this app for ten minutes, very confusing. You are expected to jump in the deep end and survive. Tried to end products on EBay, they show as listed No guides on how to upload and what to upload. Terrible, don't waste your time
