A Brilliant app and excellent customer service especially Sam was on it to answer any queries and resolve straightway. I was looking for an app for past months to connect third party stock sync with Shopify and this app has solved the problem eventually. Thanks a lot, guys. I definitely recommend this app if you are looking to automate products and stock sync your from different channels.

I used this app to sync and update the weights of items on my shopify store and it worked perfectly as I expected.

Brilliant app, simple, very useful and most importantly the support is FANTASTIC, they have helped me automate a couple of tasks now and this has saved so much time. An app like this is invaluable if you have a large inventory and your products have multiple images - Shopify's own system is pretty much useless due to each image using a line on a product export - so this very reasonably priced app is a hit.

Absolute nightmare. After weeks of communication via email with this incompetent bunch I am still no where near having a sync feed sorted for my store. What a joke. DO NOT waste your time with this app.

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to data feed & decided to add EasySync to my shopify store for ease. I'm so glad I did! All the help & advice given by Sam was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble & all my requirements were met satisfactory. I'm extremely happy with all the work done for Punkoatz and the professional service received by Sam. Highly recommended!

The customer service support is excellent. They were available almost any time, except weekends which is understandable. Sam, Reuben and John helped set up my feeds and they worked very hard to make sure things were up and running on my store. I can't recommend them enough. I would not have been able to launch by my deadline without this app. If I could add some feedback, maybe more detailed tutorials or perhaps a client intake form so that they know exactly how the client wants the products to be imported with price formula etc. But I am pleased with the service and have found it very helpful.

Ich habe nach einer App gesucht, womit ich meinen Bestand Synchronisieren kann. An sich ist die Umsetzung gut nur die App funktioniert gar nicht! Produkte werden nicht gefunden obwohl vorhanden. Der Support ist sehr langsam und liest Nachrichten gar nicht oder man bekommt eine Antwort das es eh nicht geht, dass die Vorlage, die man nutze, falsch sein hier zu muss ich sagen ich habe alle Dateitypen, die es gibt, aus probiert und zusätzlich habe ich mir die Mühe gemacht einen anderen Shopify Store aufzubauen ohne andere Apps usw. um zu testen, ob der Fehler ausgelöst wird durch andere Apps oder so leider nicht selbst dann bekommt man immer dieselbe Fehlermeldung. Preis wäre Super aber ohne Funktion bringt einem das leider auch nichts. Die App gehört derzeit aus dem Store genommen da die gewünschten Funktionen nicht dem Entsprechen was versprochen wird der Support muss wesentlich schneller und genauer arbeiten deswegen leider nur 1 Stern.

The app works well to update inventory, I did so using SKU/EAN and quantities on a CVS prodvided by our suppliers. Ruben was great help via email and live chat.

I have been using this app for about 4-6 months. The first time I contacted the support team, it took them one week to reply. The second time I contacted them was last week, and I have not heard from them. I have lost sales and disappointed cutomer due to out of stocks items. I couldn't update the products.

This app is really helpful for drop ship quantity management. It can be rally hard to track supplier quantities and easy sync makes it easy.

Great app. I couldn't get my file to work at first, but customer service took the file away and fixed it all for me. They set up my feed and voila! Best customer service i ever received.

I have used Easy Sync in the past and knew what this App was capable. However, that is nothing compared to service the team behind this App provides. Honestly, big thanks to Reuben and Prakash. Second time using this App wasn't straight forward due to my supplier changing the name of the downloadable link and this teams made sure the link is syncable with the App. The end result everything works and that is amazing. I've been using this app since January and had multiple requests to help set up different feeds and they have always responded quickly and helped with all the changes! Great customer support, clear pricing, easy interface and most importantly - does the job and saves time!

I had been searching for an alternative to Inventory Source, which recently raised its prices beyond my means. To my delight and amazement, I discovered Easy Sync in the Shopify apps store and learned that it does the same thing for a fraction of the cost. In addition, it lets me easily control my own prices, inventory, etc. The customer service is superb and willing to quickly respond to any issues or questions I may have and Reuben and the entire team are are always on hand to respond to my needs and quickly resolve any issues. I highly recommend them to any ecommerce owner, large or small, who is looking to expand and streamline their business at an affordable price. There was a system error with my pricing formulas. I contacted the support team and they worked diligently for 2 days to find the problem and correct it. I am very grateful for their hard work and dedication to my issue and for solving it quickly. This app really streamlines my product listings and saves a ton of time and work on my part so I can concentrate on growing my business. The small fee is worth every penny and allows me to customize my products prices. I highly recommend it for every Shopify owner!
