Easy Google Customer Reviews App Reviews

Google Customer Reviews is a free program that allows businesses to collect feedback from customers that have made a purchase on their site (Please note that this program is only available to Merchants in certain countries). The ratings left by customers using Google Customer Reviews will be applied to your Google Seller Ratings eligibility. Google Seller ratings appear on Search Ads, in Google Shopping, and on an optional Google Seller Ratings badge that can be displayed on your site.

When a customer makes a purchase on your site, they will be presented with a pop-up option on the Order Status page. The pop-up will ask if they would like to opt-in to receive an email from Google requesting feedback about their experience with your store. If the customer opts-in, they may receive an email from Google once their order is estimated to have arrived.

With the easy Google Customer Reviews app and zero additional coding required, we make sure the survey opt-in code runs on your store, no matter what Shopify plan you're on. It will send only the data that Google require to send the survey on to your customer and it will play nicely with every other app used to process information on your Order Status page(conversion tracking apps etc.) We will always update the app to accommodate any changes to the Google Customer Reviews Service. This app also supports the Product Reviews feature that is part of the Google Customer Reviews Program.

Once you've installed the app, all you need to do is enter your Google Merchant Center ID, pick an estimated number of days it takes to deliver an order and you're ready to go. The survey opt-in will start appearing on the Order Status page after a successful purchase and Google will take care of the rest.
