I'm testing out this app for the holiday season. I'm hoping that is has some positive results for me.

Does exactly what I need it to do. I love the ability to change the icons and the various fonts and colours.

So far so good... am just going through the install process but it seems to be easy to set up, excited to see if we get many conversions using this tool.

This app has been fantastic and our customers love it. We are a jewelry business and we keep seeing fantastic results. Especially now as the holidays are about to ramp up. The developers and owners of the app are SO responsive, they call you back, they help fix issues and they truly care. Not many apps do this -- so we have been grateful for them as we have a lot of customizations. They also helped us do the development since our team did not handle the bandwidth. They were able to meet our deadline and we are so happy because sales keep pouring in! Amazing app - highly recommend!!

We used this app in the past and had to remove it for some time. We just added it back to our website and the customer service was great. They helped us set it up very fast. Thank you!

I cannot get this to work. I have approved it several times (received emails to say I have approved it) and then it just asks me to do it again. I can't use it and need help to fix it. I have sent two support emails but had no response. Please resolve this.

Simple to use. Great for holidays. Easy to install! I really enjoy this app and it helps make conversions.

This is an app I've always wanted to have, couldn't find anything like this before so we had to code it ourselves. But we're trying this one here it goes...

This app is a great idea. I like it so far, hope that my prospective customers like this feature. I will come back for another review

We are extremely happy with the Drop a Hint app! It was easy to add on and is very user friendly from our end and for the customers to use. We've already seen increased use of it with our clients. We like the customization ability for the message and the reporting options. Overall, we are very pleased with this app!

Support is very helpful. We are using it on our new site, and our visitors are already dropping hints. Would like to see more flexibility around the email signup. We would like hint-droppers to have the option to sign up for emails (not be required to).

Had the old app and just updated to the new. Haven’t yet had a chance to use it, but support couldn’t have been more helpful getting me transitioned over and set up. Incredibly grateful - thank you so much!

have had to ask for assistance in installing the app due to cookie glitches. but seems to be working ok now. I have asked for assistance in adjusting spend cap on the hints , as we are charged per 'hint' .. it would worry me that bot or spam users could rack up huge bills with this app. waiting on reply. currently adding the text feature but they will not let you add it without ' leaving a review' . I haven't got the app fully working yet so its a bit early for a review but I had no option.

Great app. Easy to set-up and implement. Their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful when it comes to helping us.

Installed and tested it, works as expected. Item sizing info wasn't at first showing up in the Hint but app's support quickly fixed it for me. Their chat support is super fast.
