Dripshipper US Dropshipping App Reviews

The app is easy to use, but from a business standpoint it is not viable. 1. The profit margins are too tight. As other users have noted, the bags are roughly $13/each, meaning you have to charge $18 to make $5 on each bag. That doesn't include the $30/mo membership or shopify fees/taxes. 2. Making custom labels with Dripshipper is not efficient. There is suppose to be a "24 hour turnaround" to get a label approved, however I have had labels in review for over 24 hours. During this period of time, the products on your store are not active. You will need to rebuild each and every one of them if you ever update your labels down the line. I'll ride this train while I source my coffee elsewhere.

I absolutely love this app! The ease of using it and the quality is unmatched. I have been using it for a while and my sales have soared since I started and I highly recommend for anyone interested in building themselves and their businesses and taking it to the next level.

I like that Dripshipper has great products and gives you the option to have your store built for you. I'd like a little more customization options (specifically the ability to put different blends/flavors into pods). Ease of use is fantastic but the margins are fairly slim.

I use the app to sell my brand of coffee to share with the world. Great app! I recommend this app if your looking to start an online coffee business.

My experience has been nothing but good. Great customer service, fast response time. The coffee is amazing. This is a great tool to create your own business or add coffee products to your existing business. You don't have to import the coffee beans, roast them to perfection, or pack and ship the coffee. All you have to do is build your brand and find the customers, which is still plenty of hard work and dedication.

Great business model in theory, just no meat on the bone with the prices. The cost per 12oz. bag is almost $14 landed, which means I need to charge $19 to make $5. That margin is simply not sustainable or scaleable. There's not enough room in their pricing structure for me to offer free shipping to my customers without losing money on every order - let alone room for a reasonable marketing budget. In my experience with dropshipping, you need to leverage every single offer, up-sale, and coupon you can. Unfortunately, their prices simply are too high to make this work.

Super easy to set up and use, including customizing your own coffee labels. Great integration with the highest quality roasting partner(s). The support teams are very responsive and hold weekly calls to help support its users. Highly recommended.

I've used Dripshipper for nearly a year now and so far I've been extremely happy with their customer support and continuous improvements to their system.

I used this app to help me build a much more clean/streamlined coffee business than ever before. The integration is simple but more importantly is the staff support. Weekly support calls are a huge benefit to mastering this app. It really is simple and straightforward. If you are a coffee start up, this is highly recommended.

save your money and build your own brand, these guys are awful for customer service and not worth the subscription. I suggest you try yourself contact roasters and start dropshipping through them directly.

I only had the idea of doing a coffee business then Dripshipper made it real. The integration is simple and easy to use. The staffs are eager to help. The quality of the coffee is amazing. This is a great app for starting a coffee business.

I signed up for this app at $30.00 per month. I then paid them $99 to build my webpage. When I contacted them about the webpage they said they never offer website building for less than $200.00. The "customer rep" told me there was a glitch. They applied the money to my monthly charge instead. After I complained the "customer rep" locked me out of my account altogether. Great service representing great products. Always a fast response to questions. Always allows and encourages interaction with vendors.

The app does exactly what it says it will do, the coffee available to white-label is very very high quality, and support is always quick to assist with any issues and answer any questions. You will need to put in hard work to be successful, but Dripshipper couldn't make starting a coffee label any easier.

This is a great way to sell coffee with lots of options for flavors - we love them! Also, they have excellent customer service and their staff is incredibly helpful. Danny particularly has been immensely helpful navigating all of our questions and we could not be happier!

I have used this program for years and have loved it. More options on labels (including color) and more options for single serve and single serve packaging would be great but beyond that, I am very happy with the service.

I really don't want to leave a great review for Dripshipper. I just don't want people to find out about it. I want it all for myself !! Their coffee is second to none, and their fulfillment time is super fast. Great job guys.
