The customer service is excellent. I had my issue resolved within a day. They were very quick and helpful.

Weird pricing policy. They charge you depending on the Shopify plan you are with. This is not right as the functionality remains the same across different pricing plans.

NO customer service at all! My issue is no orders list showing in the Recent Orders tap (there are over 6 orders use this app but none of them display in 30 days). We find out that we use the app years ago, and all of the orders was before 2020, and the orders was Tagged with Discounted Upsells. But it did not work this time. No emails reply after 48 hours, plz Fix it

Horrific! This app doesn´t do what it explicitly promises. And it takes weeks of communication with their customer service (only eMail, no phone) until the issue was understood. If you want to incentivise your clients to enlarge their shopping cart, this app is exactly what you don´t want to have. Beside that there is no batch editing or import function what would be super helpful for a more complex product and upselling strategy.

I have added this app to my store and its not working, customer support is horrible sent few emails already and no one got back to me. I have paid for this month as well. I want a full refund and I have deleted the app as well. Not recommended

Great App! Super easy to add upsells in your store (a must if you want to increase your AOV). The pop up displays nicely and fast making it a very smooth flow for the client. Customer service is great too. Everyone I know that has a shopify store uses this app. I totally recommend it.

What a silly app. unlogical upsell options. Popups doesn't show up. discounts are not calculated correctly. no combination possible. don't waste your time on this app.. After the company's reply: Yes I did ask for support. No answer here for most of my questions.

Im trying out the app. Hopefully this app will increase my sells and target new and previous customers. And for the least potential buyers.

Been messaging for several weeks trying to get a bug worked out and it's still not fixed, of course they still charged me the $29 monthly fee. They really need to get their customer service in order.

I tested this app while it just changed my theme, I still have not changed back to my previous theme. While I still want to use this app since it is great.

**Issue was not solved by developer over direct email support, it was fixed by ourselves. Would have removed my review after fixing it but you are lying on reviews now :( ** Put a "Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/booster-common.liquid" error on my header on every page of my website that cannot be removed. I've removed the app and every file related to it and it is still there. *I've had to search my theme.liquid file for every mention of "booster" and removed those lines manually. The error is now finally gone. The app did not even work when I had it installed. The popup would not appear after troubleshooting.*
