The App is unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I had so much trouble setting it up in the first place with the help of their support. Now I'd left it thinking everything is in place. Turns out, the discount process didn't run for a long time. It's too much work for a paid tool. I won't even use it even if its free. Highly not recommended app!

I used this app because the other app I usually used did not work on my new theme. The app did not look the best at first, however, the support modified it in such a way that now it fits my theme's design beautifully. The support was also really fast. Thank you!

The app is easy to use and I like the different tiered discount options I can set up for my customers. The problem I have found and hopefully gets fixed soon is every time I add a new product to my website the discounts I have set up will not apply to any new items unless I go into each one of my discounts and resave them. I was told this will re-sync them so that they apply to every item again. This can be a pain because I am adding new products all of the time and often forget to do this step. I have had to issue several refunds so far for the discount amount that should have been applied to a customer's order. Not only is it one more thing I have to do but I actually lose money doing this because Shopify no longer refunds fees to the seller for any refund amount that is issued. I have reached out to their support team and they are aware of the issue but I just wanted to let others know what they will have to do every time a new product is added to their website after they have set up their discounts. I will update my review if the issue ever gets fixed. If it doesn't I will have to look for a new app where this is not an issue.

This app was easy to install (I am not technical either). I saw an increase AOV the first week it was installed. Customer service was great too. All my existing coupons come over without any issues as well.

The developer was very prompt in their replies when I needed help. Faced some issues with my theme and they could solve it within a day.

I have tested many other discount tools which has modified my theme in an extreme way. This app works very well now for my requirements. Adjustments if needed will be done with highest priority. Also many thanks to Weijie who has given a very very good and profession support. Also a coorporation with other theme developer was given to run all apps smoothly together. This app finally helped me offer multiple discounts at once so I could have a new email subscriber discount, a bulk discount on a product, and a temporary sale discount. Their customer support was so speedy at responding to my support request and even made some changes directly for me. I gave it 5 stars because of how much functionality it offers, however, the app does take some time to get set up correctly and to understand how it interacts with Shopify. I kept having issues with manual codes until I understood that the app only works on the cart page and cart drawer and *not* on the checkout page. I also really appreciate that there's a free plan! As a business starting up, all the app add-ons can really get expensive, especially if you don't have a lot of customer data yet. Thank you for the free option!

Functions poorly. I noticed our regular discount filed at check out stopped working and the apps widget only recognize discounts enabled or created within the app. This didn't work for us because we have some external codes that we don't want enabled and their widget won't recognize those. I removed the app and our normal discount field at checkout still does not work. When entering a code, it just spins and never applies. It will cost us to pay an expert to figure this out. This app has screwed up our sales and will cost us to fix.

Seriously the easiest discount app I've used! Super user friendly and I had everything set up in minutes. There doesn't seem to be any weird limitations or restrictions and customers can checkout smoothly (unlike every other discount app I've used). This app also doesn't mess with your theme. I wish I found it sooner! The only complaint I have is that it would be great for customers to have the ability to see the discount on the product page before adding to cart. But it's a great price and a stress-free way to get the job done.

This app gives you the ability to do something Shopify doesn't offer, and that is to stack discount codes on top of each other. The app is very user friendly and the team behind the app are very responsive to any feedback, suggestions and are quick to make any fixes necessary. We really like the feature it provides on capping the percentage and dollar amount on discounts. This app has become a necessity in us running our business smoothly.

Great app, which solves the major Shopify gap on not letting stores stack discounts. I had a monitor roadblock during the trial and the developer jumped on a quick call and clarified all my questions. Free is a little bait and switchy IMHO but this app does the job and does it well for a decent price. I really like that it moves the promo code to the first checkout screen so there is way less customer confusion on the discount, and that if you need to change pricing tiers the app pro-rates. What I don't like is that I'm charged per code even if the code isn't used to complete a purchase.
