  • DiscoFeed: Cross-sell on Thank You Page & Email to feature products from other shops that your customer might be interested in, earn distribution across the Growth Network for your shop when doing so.

  • Network Audience Sharing: Leverage custom Lookalike Audiences to dramatically lower your CPAs on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and more.

  • Network Rewards: Reward your customers for shopping with independent shops. After your customer checks out, give them Disco Cash they can redeem for discounts on any shop’s products at shopdisco.com.

We've been using co-op for cross-promotion with other high quality brands as well as upselling our own products and surveying our customers. Most recently we launched a transactional upsell email integration with some positive early results. The design is elegant, the installation process was so easy, and most importantly we've seen many new customers and upsells come through as a result! We're excited to continue to find brands that align with our brand.

We have been using Co-Op for a couple months now. The client management is very good and our account manager/support specialist, Lydia, is very helpful and communicative which is very important to us as we grow. The set up/implementation process was super easy and streamlined. We love how easy the interface/dashboard is to navigate and update. We have seen a few conversions which is exciting! We hope to see more now with the added transactional email function and other pro functions. We know it's relatively new so we are excited to see it start taking off and Co-Op coming out with robust functions that help increase conversions. We love the idea of the brand partnership and becoming visible to shoppers through other retail categories where we wouldn't be visible prior to being on this platform.

Onboarding process was very unclear. I was able to be approved and install this, but after about two months I got zero sales. When I asked the team for advice, I got a confusing message about "exclusions" (apparently my ads weren't running on sites selling items in similar categories, which I didn't really care about, but removing the exclusions didn't do anything), and the advice to use more products with animated gifs as the image. I get that animated gifs attract attention, but if everybody started doing that.... Anyway, this just had zero effect for me and I couldn't justify the cost.

I am a big believer in cooperation and upsell opportunities between D2C brands. I have tried a couple of tools that try to achieve this and co-op is by far the one that has been able to execute this best. Not only is their platform the cleanest and easiest to use, but the network of brands is the best we've seen. As more brands continue to join, their offering will only get better.

Finally, a Shopify app that values best-in-class UI and design. I’ve been waiting for something that adequately speaks to our brand positioning and aesthetic. The user interface is beautiful and seamless, it just feels so good to use. It really shows co-op’s attention to detail and acts as a reflection of the amazing brands that are on the platform. In addition to the beautiful user experience, we’ve been able to tap into an entirely new channel to acquire customers and reach our desired segments. On top of that, we have access to upsell, survey tools to drive real measurable incremental revenue. Great app!

We've been using co-op for a couple of months now and very quickly have seen a lot of success - we've acquired quality new customers for a fraction of the cost on other platforms. Their upsell feature has also done wonders for us - it's really an all-in-one tool and I've been able to move away from standalone upsell and post-purchase survey tools. The UI is fantastic, and their customer service is top! They're always quick to answer my questions and take in any feedback I have. I highly recommend co-op if you're looking for new ways to acquire customers while strengthening partnerships with like-minded brands!

co-op has been super innovative in allowing us to transform our thank you page into a customer acquisition flywheel. The ability to partner with incredible brands and speak to a very similar customer has opened up an entirely new channel for us to leverage outside of Facebook. It’s one thing to provide an upsell tool or a survey tool, but co-op has succeeded in creating a true one-stop shop for the post-purchase experience allowing us to accomplish all of our goals through one platform.

I was a bit skeptical at first but after my friends raved about the app, amidst rising CAC and CPM costs on Paid Social, I thought I'd give co op a try. In a week, we've generated a number of conversions and one that was $2K! I've never had a conversion with that amount before. This is just the beginning, co-op is tapping into something much more fundamental than the post-purchase page. They’re building a recommendation engine that will ultimately be the foundation for all 1:1 partnership and B2C collaborations in the future. If you're confused about the right brands to partner with, opportunities to upsell your own products post-purchase, highly recommend co op!

I can't recommend Co-op enough. They've been incredibly innovative in their space and allowed us to transform the way we acquire customers. We can now partner with hundreds of similar brands at ease, on top of the great upsell widgets that they provide. We consolidated a handful of apps that we previously used now into Co-Op. Truly recommend this if you have a Shopify store
