To start with I had a few problems with the app, but Rok Apps were quick to respond to my issues. They even helped customized my design to fit my shop style. I recommend Rok Apps Daily Deals app to anyone who wants to give quick and easy discounts. For my shop I use the daily deals on home page only and it works well and looks good also, take a look at my home page if you want an example of what can be done with the app. (Forceoflife.co.uk) Rok Apps support are very helpful and respond quick to messages so don't worry about not receiving support because I haven't had any issues with the support at Rok Apps, I'm sure you won't either! This is a great app to set up all of our promotions in advance as it has automatic scheduling. We also really like the dedicated daily deals page with the timer - it really looks good on our website. Nonetheless, a phenomenal support team - they responded in less than 5 minutes of sending our first message.

To be honest, I didn't expect the app to be so easy to set up and use. We love the automatic deals as it's removing a burden from us every single day. The support team also helped us add a custom feature free of charge. A++

Update: I have changed my star rating based on developer reply. My theory is that this app created an issue for me because I am using other apps that also function by making draft carts, and those apps aren't entirely compatible. This can happen when you have a lot of apps running. --- This app does what it promises, but the way it functions is by creating a whole separate cart -- for example, if someone already has items in the cart and then adds a Daily Deal item, the old items will no longer appear in the cart. I think this would work great if the Daily Deal app were basically your whole site, or if you mostly sell single-item orders, but it doesn't work well for us with a large SKU count.

This is exactly what we needed to schedule all of our sales in advance. I love how the deals page has been designed. and I needed to make some adjustments to the colours but it was all easily done through the admin panel. Highly recommended!

Garbage app. No dice getting in touch with developer either for assistance when it discounted all of our items to about 30% of the retail price after multiple discounts stacked up. Confusing to use. Currently having to delete all 1700+ products and relist. Should've read reviews first. Fun times.

UPDATE: APP IS FULL OF GLITCHES AND NO LONGER WORKS - This app is now more trouble than a benefit. As each day, I would email my customers to say which collection was on offer, however in the past couple of months it keeps duplicating the discount causing super low prices and a loss our end. Also when I add a collection to the offer it keeps ignoring many of the products in that collection so I can no longer tell customers that the whole collection is on sale today. I'm finding the email communication slow and inconvenient. A chat feature would be helpful to get hold of customer services. I used to love this app, I just wish it would get back to working again and I didn't have to keep manually changing all my prices each day. THIS APP WORKS REALLY WELL! I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to boost sales and create a sense of urgency to buy. Easy to use and customise and looks great in our store. Daily Deals allowed me to create quickly a post purchase upsells email with no coding skill required. When I had some questions, customer server was extremely efficient allowing me a fast and succesful deployment.
