With our Predict interactive notification service, let your consignees take control of their delivery to ensure a successful delivery on the first attempt: they can reschedule their delivery date, have it delivered to a neighbour's home or a safe place and deliver it directly to the parcelshop of their choice. Chronopost is committed to the planet and to reduce its carbon impact: In 2021, 18 cities will be delivered 100% in alternative vehicles (electric vehicles, NGVs or Velocargo). We also compensate all of our carbon emissions related to our business.

Carrier service API is a mandatory to use our app

• Your customer chooses his Pickup parcelshop directly on our interactive map, integrated into the order tunnel.
• With the Chrono Precise offer, your customer chooses his date and his 2-hour delivery time slot in a weekly schedule integrated into the order tunnel.
