Team lead Oleksander was fantastic to work with, most knowledgeable third party App team I have worked with. Wish the other 3rd parties were as responsive and knowledgeable of there own product as Cart2Cart team is.

There were a few instances where manual migration was necessary, but most info transfers were able to be done automatically. Thank goodness for this app or we would have had serious headaches transferring data from BigCommerce to Shopify.

it doesnt let you choose which orders to migrate on the free plan. so it migrated test orders that we didn't need, there's just no way around it unless you buy the higher plan

This app is NOT USEFUL at all. Its a PAID app, nothing for free. I paid 70$ for migration. And Migration was wrong. I write like 20 mails . I sent screenshots and after a week they dont give me a solution. Variants Photo and Inventory didnt sync.

Horrible experience. Not only did they not complete in time, they imported customer data incorrectly, order data and statuses incorrectly, and when they were asked to fix it, they deleted additional data from our website without informing us, or taking a backup! On top of this after haggling for 3 weeks, they have only given us a 20% refund, and we had to hire someone else to fix the mess that these people made! And this is after buying a support package from Magento to Shopify - and we had < 100 orders, customers, and about 600 products, and from a standard magento store with no customization. They have NO experience with this even though they say they do, as the errors they made were so basic. Communication is a problem with these folks--they don't do well at letting you know what's going on with your migration. Our "migration in minutes" was suspended with no explanation, and I had to repeatedly contact them before they finally discovered someone had made a mistake on our order. Our migration has been problematic, but the customer service people have been nice to work with although they sometimes gave me conflicting information that was very confusing.

Use their demo migration from Oscommerce to Shopify and the few items transfer will show all the html texts on the items products description. No good if you have thousands of products to transfer

The Cart2Cart team is incredibly patient, understanding, flexible, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for your website migration!

Poor service. They do migrations with many issues in Shopify stores and it spends mo. It is better to manually use Excelify than using Cart2Cart to migrate any store to Shopify.

I used this app to move all my data for the last 9 years from Prestashop to Shopify and the results are great! the process is quite simple and no friction at all.

We have to move 7 years of data and almost 100k orders from Magento to Shopify. Cart2Cart team really helped with making the process smooth as possible. Oleksander was quite helpful in communicating and taking care of some of the issues during the transfer. Glitches will happen and issue will arise when transferring so much information but overall we are very happy with using Cart2Cart and recommend you giving them a try for your migration needs.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The app had bugs and did not migrate correctly, when I asked for help it took them ages to reply. Re-migration of course costs as well and could not fix the error. I ended up not being able to ask for a refund because it is NOT REFUNDABLE. DO NOT USE THIS APP! BEWARE!
