Great support! We had issues with setting it up and they were able to fix those for us quickly so we could get it working properly.

App works as advertised, when I had trouble getting it to display correctly on my theme the response time was unparalleled (literally fixed within 40 minutes and 4 emails back and forth overall). Was so easy to check bc they included links to each level (product page, collection page, vendor page, search page). Really appreciate the quick response/fix time!

My company sells medical supplies and prices vary by the volume sold. This app works beautifully for hiding the pricing on my store while still being able to take advantage of Shopifys easy to use platform for my website. The developers of this app had to help me with custom code to make the app work and they were extremely responsive and got the app up and running within 24 hours.

I used this app for my business and it never works. So not recommended to the Shopify Community. It says this app does automatic installation but after installing it there were no changes. If you don't want to waste your time kindly avoid installing this app. -Thanks

Out of the box this app was not functioning as described. Prices were showing along with the "Call For Price" Button in the single page view. In the Collection of products list view the Call for Price Button is not showing but an "Add to Cart" button is. Which totally defeats the reason for the APP... So I contacted customer support and they were on it very rapidly. Turns out another 3rd party app was conflicting w/ Call For Price. App is now working! I recommend this App.

I use this app for my formal wear store. I have private labels that I am not allowed to show prices. It works GREAT! I changed the call to action statement to Text/Call for appointments. LOVE THIS! Not only does it protect my private label prices but it prompts customers to take action!!!!! The developers of this app are such a joy to work with! The app has not had any problems works perfectly! It is EASY to use and for me, that is so important because I love the fact that it was quick and easy to learn! The developers respond ASAP when I have emailed them to add the app to my new Theme change! They take care of their customers! Thank you so much for a great easy to work app & GREAT customer service! I recommend this easy-to-work app!

I had no idea how to install this app and they were able to help me make it how it needs to look! Amazing service!

I needed an app that would allow our customers to "Inquire More Information" instead of the "Add to Cart" button. "CFP" was easy to integrate and set up! Plus, had additional options and the ability to choose which products I wanted to use the "Inquire More Information". But, most of all the customer support was fantastic. I had a couple tweaks I needed help with and they responded right away and helped me. Thank you CFP!!

I needed some customisation, which was done properly with review of other coding. Unfortunately our booking system was not visible. I was nervous about this, but Hitesh solved it same day while improving performance. Layout and search needs some improvement, but team makes the difference here.

I used this app to intregrate with my Shopify store for vendors who do not allow pricing across the internet. Works beautifully and prompts the shopper to contact us for pricing. However, we found an issue when posting items from our website to our Pinterest page as it was pulling pricing over; contacted Call For Price technical support and they resolved our issue 100% we can now successfully pin from our website and the Call for Price items will not pull over the price :)

Great app does exactly what is says. Also the installer Hitesh was very helpful and tweaked it for me to exactly what I need.

I have had a little problem after installing App and I have asked support to Capacity Web Solutions. They replied quickly and setup the App on my custom theme.

STAY AWAY, AVOID AS THE PLAGUE. The app did not cover the price under the items in the collection pages so I made the mistake of my life: I granted the authorization to one of their staff members and the disaster began. They installed an unauthorized app that created an icon on the home page for support (?). I immediately removed the access to my theme but the damage was done: I couldn’t get access to the customization of my website anymore. I contacted Shopify staff and we found out that all my old website backups worked except the one that the staff member of “Call for price” app modified. That is the proof that they did it as nobody else had the access to the code. NOW I HAVE TO USE AN OLD BACKUP AND REDO MY WEBSITE. edit: I may call it app but it is an integrated help button in Shopify. It appeared only when you modify the theme, nobody requested it so your mistake. Apart from this detail of the "app", my website stopped working due to your code editing and I am spending my weekend retrieving an old backup and re-customizing my entire website!
