Vault: Backup, Restore, Export App Reviews

Installed today the app and first impression is good so far. Fast & easy setup and great support :)

Last night I accidentally deleted 17 blog posts in my soon-to-be-open Shopify store. Thankfully I still have access to them on my WordPress website but it gave me a big fright and made me think about all the work I had put into setting up my store and how much I risked losing. It prompted me to take action and I have just installed this app. So far so good. It was so simple to get started and I had a few questions, which were answered immediately. It gave me peace of mind that I don't have to do anything, as backup is automatic every time you make a change.

This is one of the apps that a Shopify online store manager will always need. Easy to install, easy to use! The configurations are not complicated. This app gets the job done and has saved me a ton of work on backing up my site.

Setup was great, support was great, would go full 5 stars if I could offline store a zip of the backup and knew what I was looking at for pricing down the road.

Easy, free, automated backup app. Splits backup files into categories for products, collections, customer, orders, configurations, etc.. What more could you ask for?

So far this App has been brilliant. Does exactly what the developers say it does. The service is outstanding and very prompt. I highly recommend this App.

If there would be more stars, I'd award 10! This app is amazingly easy to use. I've been a WooCommerce customer for over 10 years and just recently changed to Shopify. When facing the usual challenges of a shop owner, I found this app and cannot express how pleased I am. I was expecting the usual hassle and 3-4 trials before something gets actually done, and found the same issue on Shopify confirmed, until I found Vault-Backup and Restore by Shubham Raji. Not only do they have an outstandingly excellent customer service, but they care. Beside the fact, that the app actually works. I offered my review and hope that it will help this amazing company to gain a lot of traction and many fans! Thank you again for all the help you provided.
