I have just installed it but it seems great and helpful till now in addition to quick customer service with Hana

App is very direct and user friendly. Prakash is very friendly! Good service from the team. Can always count on them for assitance.

I only use the free version at this time, as I not yet, will need to upgrade. Liz from Customer Service, helped me remove the FAQ amount limitation. She was super helpful, friendly and swift! The app itself, is easy to use, and integrates well with my store. I love how the FAQ pages combines the searchability bar, to search through all the FAQ's
