Works perfect. Tested on Mobile and Desktop and the product is still in the cart. Update: Jan. 1, 2017 I had to uninstall because I tested my website on 3 different speed test page and it showed that this app is slowing down the speed. Hopefully there's a fix.

The app never sends abandoned email. I checked by keeping in my own cart, felt like fooled for a month. the notification of item in cart is not proper.

Free version only holds 10 carts in memory. Also, every time you look at the app it pops up and asks you if you'd like to upgrade. It wasn't enticing, just annoying. Instead, I went with Persistent cart which does unlimited carts for free.

Ye its great if your customers signup and login for an account. But most customers dont. Then what happens? Persistence cart does nothing in this case?
