Seems it works fine, haven´t sent out notifications yet. It was easy to customise but not that easy to install because of our kind of shop set up. But the amazing customer service took care immediately, that was really quick and also incredibly convenient. Thumbs up!

I have been using this app for about six months and because many of our products are seasonal it has worked perfectly to notify our customers when items are back in stock. I have even had customers leave positive feedback on our site because we offer this service. They have great customer service and follow up on request within 24 hours.

Really good app. It would be nice if there was a way to convert one variant notification request into another though. That way if a variant is changed, or if new variants are added, people would get notified.

Love this app! We have been using this app for YEARS and it continues to out-perform its cost. It helps me keep track of which products buyers are demanding to be restocked the most. The support staff is great and has always answered any questions I have had promptly. They go out of their way to help you customize the app exactly to your preferences, and are always so nice and friendly. If you're looking for a restock app, 10/10 would recommend this one.

I just launched a few days ago but I wanted to rave about Ms. Dibble's efficiency and response time when I had a problem. She not only offered me a custom solution, she color-coded everything to match my site. She was kind, sincere, and very timely. Simple et efficace. Facile à mettre en place et une bonne aide de l'équipe si besoin. Perso j'ai fais appelle à eux, mais je n'avais pas les yeux en face des trous. La solution était très simple ... Top pour notre business car nous avons du mal à assurer des réassorts en flux tendu. Nous avons souvent des trous. C'est donc idéal dans notre cas. Cela nous fait gagner du temps - on récupère plus de clients potentiels - et l'expérience et plus agréable pour le client - Top Juste un bémol à priori: Le paramétrage des couleurs a un peu bugué au début. Cela ne prenait pas en compte mes choix. C'est rentré dans l'ordre car le hasard à bien fait les choses finalement. Je n'ai pas contacté le support pour leur soumettre le problème. C'est peut être moi qui ai mal compris un truc.

*This is a follow up review on the app, the app works and we are very happy with it. The support was slow to reply but now all is okay. It is very unfortunate we have to write this review. The app seems great, we have had some problems after custom installing on our store. We received one email back from support after we sent many. We had been informed they would help ASAP. However after many more emails we got no reply from them. Very poor service, we will update our review if we get help on this matter.

So far so good. Installation and setup was simple and easy. Looking forward to see how this will work in my Shopify store.

Works as intended. Helps us keep track of our inventory better & lets us know the products our consumers are really interested in to see if we should bring it back in stock.

It's very useful if you work with variants like sizes and colors. Very easy to install to - you don't need to be a code expert.

This is a great app to help alert your customers on restock. It has a bit of a delay after you add stock before it sends the emails though but I'm sure that is just how those things normally are. It is a low cost which is a great plus compared to how some apps will charge.

I love it. It was the most affordable and fit my needs. I have generated over $300 in sales from the automatic emails that this app sends out to customers to notify them of a restock. For only $5, I can say I'm defintely getting my moneys worth and its easy to know what customers want so I can keep enough inventory.

I literally just downloaded this app and it has been the easiest back in stock platform I've used with an easy one-click setup. Plus it's $5 a month??? Literally amazing.
