Good app! Although it is pricey. Giving it four stars because the one thing I wish it did was load faster because it would be more effective that way. On some of my pages it take more than 30 seconds and sometimes up to a minute to load the out of stock button that allows people to sign up for back in stock notices. Granted I have a lot of images on certain product pages and that is why the customer service for this app told me it takes so long to load but still, I would keep that in mind. Very helpful programmers and I do recommend the app as it has generated sales for us when sending back in stock notifications.

I have sent two emails regarding an issue with the app and never got a response back from them. Thus far, this has been the only app we use which has provided subpar customer service. Luckily, there are better alternatives anyway (and cheaper).

Absolutely love this app! Since I keep low stock on hand this allows my customers the ability to be notified as soon as new stock is available. It has helped bring countless customers back to purchase. It is actually one of the only apps I am actually willing to pay for since I see significant return. Pays for itself – absolutely vital to our business. Some of our products tend to have long lead times, and this is exactly what we needed. Not only can we communicate to our customers when the products they're looking for are available, it allows our purchasing team to inform their demand/supply plans. We've been using this app for around 18 months - it does what it says - a simple add on to capture people who are interested in buying an item currently out of stock. Easy to manage / adjust colours etc. Great for cashflow ahead of stock arrivals if used in conjunction with a pre-order app.
