Way better than the Owl that shall not be pushed. The amount of things you can do with this app is only limited by the amount of time you're willing to invest. I use this app to segment my audience and this does wonders for my CTR and conversions whilst sending relevant notifications. Their customer service team treats you almost like a King. Well Zaak does at least... Not to mention you can use the same app for multiple clients which as an agency is a great feature. 6/5

DJ is the man! Great support and a great app. Picking up subscribers everyday using Aimtell. Think out of the box and don`t be hung up on email capture - it is not the only way to skin a cat.

The best web push notification tool on the market. I have been working with AimTell for a few years and had the opportunity to compare with other providers. None has such a detailed level of visitor insight, set up possibilities, rich documentation centre and proactive customer support like AimTell. Definitely recommended.

Wow, where do I start? If I could leave 6 stars I would. This is hands down the best push notifications app you can add to your store. And we installed DJ worked with us and answered my questions and emails at all hours of the day and night. We were able to setup a number of repeat pushes as well as things like a push for abandoned cart that really helps with recoveries. We currently have a 17 percent recovery rate versus the normal 7 percent of most Shopify stores. Now to the nitty gritty, the app itself takes a minute to understand how to use. But it is well worth the time investment as this app pushes to more browsers than everything else we tried. The developers work around the clock and are on the very cutting edge of push notifications. Don't bother with any other push notifications applications. Take the time to learn this one. Push notification is probably one of the underutilized channels. We've been using Aimtell for a while now and our subscribers just continue to grow. It has quite an assortment of features and functionalities and it just continues to grow. I think it's the best push notification app out there. Support is also very helpful whenever you need them.

This app is great! I tested it out and it does what it says well. Everything that you get and are able to do is a steal for the price. I'm glad I got in early. When they say that customers subscribe to your site and not the app's site, it does make a difference. Support has also been great. DJ and Jennifer have answered all my questions and more in a very timely manner.

Fantastic app. Provides a whole new way to drive back my customers. One of best features is the automation. The fact that you can automatically have it send notifications to abandoned carts or send notifications every week on it's own is priceless.

Pretty new to this whole "push notification" thing but so far the click-through rates are much higher than our email campaigns. Excited to see how it performs down the road.

THANK YOU TOM! Ok so Tom has been super helpful with customer service and answering my questions. The App really does have way more features than the several others i've tried, though it's not the most user friendly to understand all of it right away. But once you actually spend time in the docs it starts to come together. Recommended if you need something that can be highly customized in addition to email collection.

This app works incredibly well for push notifications. It was super easy to install and the features make it easy to target subscribers with pinpoint accuracy. We used it for shopping cart abandonment and saw results immediately! Their customer service team is super friendly and responsive and they worked with us to get everything configured to optimize our targeted notifications. Highly recommended!

Cool concept But it needs some improving. Support also won't help you customize anything- unlike other app support. Not very friendly. We also find it a bit expensive for what you get.

UPDATE: They finally did it. They did. They added abandoned carts and other manual triggered events. Its all good to go now. Couple little issues but nothing to write home about Aimtell SUPPORT is on the money and response is blazing fast. Product just isnt 100% there; but its GETTING there. I tried Firepush (Very simple and nothing really special to do here) and Roost (way TOO EXPENSIVE) and I can tell you that Aimtell is better. I had an issue and they took care of me immediately and work on things instantly to make their app better. I would love to see the option to be able to see the subscribers NAME after I saved it and edited it. Otherwise you just can see their id and then you have to click it to see a little but more info. No way to send the notification to yourself to test it. They are lacking in the notification department for cart abandonment and shipping notifications. I am sure they will get there though. Ok let me tell you something. These guys hands down cornered the market and have my business for life. To make something so robust and powerful to where you can send notifications to people while NOT at your website and NOT in an email. Done. Support at 12:35am...check. Yeah this has GOT TO be my favorite app hands down.

The app works well. We captured a lot more people using this than email. Unfortunately we've been unable to turn any of them into customers so after 5 months I'm taking it off. I've tried a variety of offers including a 25% store wide discount with clicks but no sales.
