Superb news app. The Economist provides you with consise and high quality news articles, keeping you updated in just about the same amount of time required to finish a cup of coffee. The content is a bit more lighthearted on Saturdays, but their World in brief-section is continuously excellent. Recommended.

News snippets every morning. I love opening and reading these short articles every morning. Concise, and covering a range of topics they remind me of what’s happening in the rest of the world. I particularly like the links to related published articles in The Economist, and the daily quote on the last page stays with me for some hours later.

It’s a very limited version. You only get for articles a week, and you don’t choose them yourself

Plays the wrong audio. Every morning I try to play the World in Brief for today and even though the title is from today, it starts reading the news from yesterday. Super annoying, especially when this is a paid service.

Great morning update - but missing audio version. Great to start the morning in Europe being updated on these news. Would have given it five stars is there was an audio version
