Unnecessary data collection. For booking accommodation abroad, a host sent a one-time payment request. It is impossible to pay it without sharing a ridiculous amount of data, including several questions about my work, as well as ID documents. Why would I need to share any info at all to pay a one-off request via credit card, or to transfer money into a wise account via bank transfer? It doesn’t just take quite long to set up due to all the questions, but also overbearing to make so many workplace questions compulsory. Other payment methods like stripe or paypal don’t as the paying party for anything but payment details

My favourite. Low fees. And complete transparency and clarity about every fee and step involved with transferring money. And besides that, all the card payment and currency account features just make life way easier. Couldn’t be happier. Wise has “local” bank account numbers in many countries, which makes adding money to your account as simple and cheap as a domestic transfer. They also now offer direct QR Code payment support for many Asian countries, which I’ve yet to try.

Lower rate. Giving lower rate than google and still charge high trasfer fees

Buggy login. Very buggy to log in and multiple unnecessary checks

It eats my money, doesn’t make cards. It just eats my money and doesn’t give me my banking card, it’s an endless verification process

Rfi. Jeg har sendt penger til noen tre ganger uten problemer. Den fjerde gangen hadde jeg et problem. Jeg sendte pengene til samme konto, men mottok dem ikke. De sa at man må vente i to dager. Det tar ofte to timer eller to lange dager. To dager har gått, og pengene er fortsatt ikke på kontoen. De finner heller ikke en løsning. Hvor ble det av pengene?

Another upload of documents when repeating transfer. Why would wise need me to upload documents for repeating an earlier transfer? Obviously documents were uploaded when the first transfer were done. Soending two days waiting now for confirming documents that have allready been confirmed is pointless and might be an excuse to keep the money as long as possible. Very dissappointing.

One of the best if not the best. My experience with Wise has been great. I have used many money transfer services and Wise has been the most reliable. An easy to use App and delivers as promised. A highly recommended service

Transfer wise. Once you have your account set up, app (and service) works a treat. Transfers from phone take less than a minute.

Worst service. Delayed transaction. Worst service. They are holding your payments in term of documents verification. Even after more tha 20 days the transactions are not transferred. Dont use it. Try some try apps that transfers in a blink of eye. 👎👎👎

Perfect. Wise is perfect. I can transfer money from my country to the other side of the globe just in a few seconds. Also the wise visa card is perfect. I can transfer money from another account or another credit card to my wise card just in a few seconds. Another advantage is that it is not a credit card and you can transfer exactly the money you need in the immediate future . You could also go to a cash dispenser/ATM machine and withdraw all the money you have transferred to your wise card. That is perfect, because if you someone accidentally tries to scam you, you will not lose anything or very little as opposed to credit cards. You could lose all your credit with credit cards. I always use my wise card when I am in Asia

Horrible. Criminals. They blocked my nephews account and keep out money without explanation. I would not keep any money or own any share of this fraud company. We are applying that wise will loose banking license in entire EEA and Eu and prison for Ceo and the board

Good fees, horrible user experience. I loved using Wise for a while, until the constant pestering about documentation. None of the options were applicable to me either bc my name wasn't there or bc my tax papers were older than 3 months. Tried asking support for help and they kept regurgitating "you need to send either a water bill, phone bill that isn't mobile etc.", you know.. Reiterating the same text I read multiple times on the documentation uploading page prior to contacting support. Customer support is hopeless and won't acknowledge your issue unless it's related to transactions. I was finally able to submit my tax papers (that I only receive once a year), but it got rejected for NO VALID reason. I was told to send documentation again, when those papers literally contained all required info and more. Insanity. None of my friends or family abroad who use Wise have been asked for anything besides their passport. So the next time you ask me for feedback, I am jumping off a bridge.

Delay of transfer. Delay of transfer is not good enough. I got two updates and finally I get info that my bank might use up to two days before my money is available. Normally it goes by second, But now its 3-4 days. I will use other metod if it happens again.

Criminals. It’s not a good app anymore, it steals money from me using old exchange rates. Criminals

Wise ist langsam geworden. Geld das über Kreditkarte überführt wurde kam noch 2023 in Sekunden an, heute zahlt man gleich viel Gebühren, aber es dauert Tage bis das Geld ankommt :-(

This App Sucks!. This App sucks and so does the customer service!

Works bad and freezes money. You will never be informed when they pause tour account. They can freeze account and decide to delete it. I have lost 2000€, still did not get them from wise. Nobody tells ypu why they shut down your profile, the support is «not allowed» and bank is «not allowed» to tell you the reason. And you will be not «allowed» to ask your money back. I will take it further with eu-apeal. Cause wise do not have right to just shut everything and ignore ex-costum in weeks and months and steal money from costumers

Garbage. It was great in the beginning, but now after only 3 transfers they won’t let me pay with my debit card, suggesting I use the bank transfer option. When I ask about the reason why, they ignore me. Useless.
