Annoying. Every 5 days new update. If you have to use it in the emergency, you have to download the new version first…no wifi, use your data 😒

Support is An Absolute Nightmare. This app is a complete nightmare, especially when it comes to customer support. Dealing with their so-called "support" team is an excruciatingly time-consuming ordeal. Every interaction is met with the same repetitive, useless responses, making it painfully obvious that you're dealing with chatbots, not real people. The communication is beyond frustrating. It’s like they purposely make it difficult to get any real help, leaving you stuck in an endless loop of ineffective support. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from this app. Their customer service is an absolute disaster, and they clearly don't care about their users at all. Avoid this app at all costs.

Horrible costumer service. I bought a giftcard with the app that turned up broken. Contacted costumer service for a refund. They have now used over 2 months on this case. Every time i contact them they say they are looking into it and that I need to stay patience while they are working on the case. Serious providers use 1 min to refund a broken purchase. They do not need 2 months +++

Horrible costumer service and treatment.. The way they forced MCO over to CRO is an absolute disgrace! Dumping MCO and Pumping CRO then forcing a swap is as close as you can get to a scam. Stay away!

Bad app, totally not recommended. High fees, inexistent custommer support, not reliable, notorious problems with fIAT transfer. In 6 months I’m trying to get my funds back, nothing happens.

Stay away. Transaction/purchases Get "lost" customer support is not worth contacting as they send you on a forever adventure to make local police-reports and so on (3 days in now).

Slow. I like it but should fix the app, it’s most slowly app I have used.

Scam. Customer support will request you to pay 25% international taxes upon withdrawal.. Customer support only reply in favor of paying them the 25% international taxes they request upon withdrawal of your funds. You should only pay taxes to your own country of residence. Their users use fake ID/passports to gain trust, it’s never possible to book a physical meeting and the ‘broker’ or ‘manager’ could even try to make the relation seem romantic.

Please fix UX. I have been using this app for almost five years and this latest version has some of the worst design interfaces. What I love about the app is how much information is readily at hand - this version everything is hidden or partially in view. Not cool. I still believe in this product, and previous updates have been welcomed, so I hope this version does not last long.

Apple problems. Apple disabled my rear camera during an “upgrade” of iOS. You try to use the selfie camera in front but it’s impossible to scan when you then turn on mirroring. I will submit a hi-res scan and a video but just to the crypto to verify. This BigBrother attitude by Apple is just disgusting. It started with the charging cable and everyone will have to replace old equipment faster to satisfy a greedy producer. I don’t blame crypto here, they have been told. Well life with Apple is different.

Login issues. App is refusing to recognize my phone number after I got signed out due to what appears to be an issue with latest iOS. I enter my email on the login screen, verify the device through said email, then get stopped when entering phone number. Otherwise a good app in the past. Let me access my cashish pls.

Best app for the crypto. The app is sometimes a bit slow. And i with NFT with crypto.com where avileble in the app. But i am more happy with crypto.com then coinbase og binance. The crypto visa card places crypto one step closer to being globaly used as a normal bank account for everyday transactions.

Need ipad version. I like the app, more expensive than the exhange app but we need a ipad version off the app so it covers all the screen.

Everyday crypto. This is the easiest to use crypto app with low fees and an amazing debit card that offers great benefits and cashback. I use this to get free Netflix, Spotify, LoungeKey and cashback on everything I buy. I have almost stopped using my regular bank. Only downside is the monthly card spending limit of 22.000£. Worst exhange and customer service i ever experienced. My money has been locked up here for months now, they wont let me widraw and their visa card that i ordered three times has never arived. Now they want me to pay for another card.. This is by far my worst experienced with any customer service. Do not recommend for anyone to use this app.

Bad. By far the biggest crypto trading scam app. Takes a lot of your money while doing a trade and it lags if you use it on a phone. Yes, the app works and it’s a good design but ultimately a very bad crypto trading platform.
