Could have been better. A few minutes into a show and then suddenly it loses sound or the picture will freeze or just turn gray.

Just bad. Due to area restrictions there is literally no need for a norwegian to have this. Viaplay, Netflix, HBO and Disney+ are all much better options if you’re looking for streaming device. Buggy webpage aswell.

Unable to cancel subscription?. After accepting free 30-day Prime (not Prime Video) the Prime Video app starts displaying ads and doesn’t let me either upgrade to avoid ads or cancel my Prime Video subscription entirely.

Problemer med lyd og undertekst. Problemet er at lyden skrues ned og undertekst må legges inn på nytt for hver eneste episode. Sykt irriterende! Hvis jeg er i en annen app mens jeg ser på prime og skrur ned lyden på mobilen, skrus lyden på tv ned også. Ser det er flere som klager på det samme, kan dere ikke bare fikse det? Takk! Utenom dette er det bra innhold i Prime.

Forferdelig app. Forferdelig innlogging. Ville se serie men kom aldri inn, prøvde på to mobiler. Ødelegger kvelden. Skaff dere bedre utviklere

Silje. Veldig fornøyd med appens innhold, men opplever at appen ikke markerer hvilke episoder som er sett og hopper litt fra sesong til sesong. Blir et puslespill hver gang å skulle gå gjennom å se hva vi har sett osv.

Carnival row, Amazing miss Maisell og Good Omens. All some of the best I have seen in a while and whith the right speed seemless streaming.

Ubrukelig. Ubrukelig for min del. Befinner meg tydeligvis i feil land. «Service Area Restriction» på alt. Det gjør jo at den er totalt ubrukelig for meg og andre i Norge.

Amazons arcane streaming policy. I can understand that Amazon wants to promote its own fire stick or whatever, but for a modern streaming service it's shooting yourself in the foot to not include support for modern devices like Chromecast just because.

Scam. I tried a 1-week free trial with Amazon Prime Video, and it did not work, so they took $8 from me. Impossible.

Ads Show Up. Ads keep showing up before episodes, which is terrible when you have a paid subscription. You can skip them, but it is irritating

Useless in Norway. Doesn’t make sense to download the app, if you live in Norway. It shows content but you can’t watch it, what is dumb.

Utdatert og språklige feil. Appen holder ikke lenger tritt med andre konkurrenter, men utvalget er nokså greit. Flere norske ord som brukes feil eller er feilstavet i appen.

Download. I’m giving a one star rating because it is not possible to watch downloaded content without an internet connection. This is extremely bad compared to other streaming services. While some content is good, I’m not sure it’s good enough given this limitation.

Absolutely terrible. Impossible to watch certain episodes in english. Something can start in chinese and when I try to change the audio language it crashes everytime. However it works on my iPhone but now the airplay doesn’t work either. This has been going on for months and I can’t understand why you don’t fix this. Well you have lost me as a customer. STAY AWAY!

No support for casting and really bad search. A user friendly app should provide what the users need - ability to cast the videos via any streaming service we choose. The most popular among such is chrome cast and there’s no support for it. Users will not buy amazon fire stick, we will just move to Netflix. The search in the app or from the browser is terrible. I get completely irrelevant search results half the time.

Impossible to find good stuff. Its so much on here and no way to sort, so good movies are just hidden in a bowl of really really bad movies. Can never find anything

Lei av hele appen. Nå har jeg sagt ifra til Amazon FLERE ganger i løpet av ca ett års tid. Valg av nedlastningskvalitet gir ingen utslag. Jeg velger «BEST», laster ned - så får jeg 480p kvalitet. Appen anslår at filmen skal være på ca 3,8GB (Road House 2024), men jeg laster bare ned 1GB selv om jeg har valgt «BEST» kvalitet på både nedlastning og strømming. Testet på iPad Pro 2023 og iPhone 15 Pro. Gitt Amazon beskjed flere ganger, men de gjør null og niks.

App does not work. On ipad I log in and get to a page where it’s possible to write in up to 6 numbers an exclamation mark and a blank button. It doesn’t say what it wants me to do, but regardless of what I put in, nothing happens except for the exclamation mark turning red

Support problem - missing content. Choosing contact customer service gives you a choice of Chat or Phone. Registered phone a couple of days ago->nothing, Chat button doesn’t give you a chat but instead spins you on a never-ending loop around the support pages. Email support button is disabled. Piccard season 3 - only episodes 1 and 3 are available, episode 2 is unavailable (Norway)

Good shows, poor interface. Terrible interface makes it difficult to use, at least on the tvOS. Seems they try to do everything opposite from what’s normal, just to be special.

Otp. Not able to use the app because they want to send me a one time password for access, but after 20 tries and waiting 1 hour i have not gotten any 1 time password.

Great app!. I dont usually write feedbacks, because it takes alot to make me do it. Prime Video is a great app that releases bangers over and over! Plus its at a good price! They also have the possibility to change quality in order to use less data. I have recomended this streaming platform to all my friends, and will keep on doing it to others! Keep it up, 5/5!

I'm not paying for something that doesn't work. I was constantly getting a connection error omn Apple TV. I'm totally not paying for this. App deleted, subscription cancelled.

Worst video app. Horrible UI, horrible UX, horrible customer support. OK content. They charge you even if you lose access to the app (and they can’t help you recover).

Lokker med feil prøveperiode. Lokker med 30 dagers prøveperiode, men når du har lasta ned appen er det plutselig kun 7 dager.

I didnt find the movies / series i needed. When i entered the app I noticed that there was a border to the movies and series’s that I could watch since my location was in my homeland and I think this need to be fixed.

Innlogging feilet. Det blir feil hele tiden på koden. Siden jeg har vært kunde en gang blander det seg inn et gammelt telefonnummer. Det er ikke holdbart!

Deler telefonnummer. Etter jeg la inn telefonnummeret mitt har jeg fått 10-15 spam telefoner hver dag i en uke. Appen virker grei.

Worst app ever. I am a paying Amazon prime member. However I find it very difficult to find content to watch: 70% of the content on the Home screen is not included, and I am asked to pay. That is a totally annoying experience, as most of the time is used to find what I want to see, and finally it is not available. Another screen is called "Free to me": there 70% is "not available in your location". Thus, I cannot find content. I hoped there were some filters to fix these issues in the settings section, but there nothing can actually be set or changed: all issues refer me to log into my account on Amazon.com. No info on the account either. I hate this app. It is making me angry.

Helt ubrukelig. Appen er helt idiotisk, med lite utvalg av filmer, serier og på toppen av det hele, er det helt umulig å kansellere medlemskapet. Jeg har prøvd nå i 1 time å kansellere det, men det går ikke. Jeg vet ikke hva jeg skal gjøre, og har søkt over alt på nettet. Når jeg går inn på den offisielle Amazon siden, kommer det opp feilinformasjon om at jeg ikke har noe abonnement, noe som er feil, da jeg har det.

iPad vs Apple TV. The latest update has an unintentional effect: no English audio on Apple TV. However the same problem does not happen on the iPad app. 🤷‍♂️

Det er noen få ting som jeg ikke liker i det hele tatt med APV-tjenesten. Det er noen få ting som jeg ikke liker i det hele tatt med APV-tjenesten og nå kommer det: Hvorfor kan ikke Norske betalende abonnenter betale enten kjøpe eller leie-film/serier? Dette her er jo helt ubeskrivelig latterlig at man har den diskusjonen i det hele tatt i året 2021!

Hi so I think this is great but I haven’t used this app in so long I don’t remember my password and when I try to click “forgot your password” I have to get a code I do that all and all but you need to confirm with the name in contact to the account I don’t remember may I ask you to remove my account so I can make a new one?

Nach update stürzt die App dauert ab. Kann meine serie nach update nicht mehr sehen werde dauert rausgeschmissen!!!

Poor player. Player doesn’t continue series you have to «press play» for every episode. If you rewatch a series, the player is totally confused about what episode is next. Some episodes are subtitled in required language, som are not, seems totally random.

Apple TV. This app on Apple TV is not working very good. In order to se something (anything), I have to restart the whole Apple TV to get a picture. Every time. The audio is there. But no picture. And for me, the picture is kind of essential to WATCHING something. Developers: Please FIX.

Appen må forbedres. Denne appen er så full av bugs og dårlige funksjoner at den nesten er ubrukelig. Uholdbart! «Fortsett å se» fungerer ikke, hopping fram og tilbake i menyer og Chromecast som hopper inn og ut. I tillegg er mange av barnefilmene uten norsk lyd, hva skjer med det??

Fungerer ikke på Apple TV 4K lenger. Sluttet plutselig å fungere på Apple TV. Alle andre streaming apper virker fungerer, det er bare Amazon som har problemer. Visstnok noe med DNS. Kansellerer abb:-(

App dosnt work on Apple tv. Every time i open the app on the Apple tv it says "Internett connection problem" i have tried to force close the app, re install the app, checked my Internett witch is fine, tried to reset the Apple tv itself, then to install the app and still having the same issue.

Super om du ikke bruker AppleTv.. Appen funker glimrende på iPhone og iPad, men på AppleTv har det vært en mildt sagt frustrerende opplevelse. Ikke får man særlig god hjelp via support heller, det er bare en evig runde med at de ber deg prøve ting som du allerede har gjort hundre ganger. Innholdsmessig er Prime supert, det er bare veldig trist at jeg ikke kan nyte det på tven min uten problemer. Man starter appen, logoen står der i en evighet, man får en error melding om at man ikke er koblet på nett, etter en stund så dukker profilene opp, man velger sin profil, så kan man gå å lage popcorn eller hente noe snacks mens man venter på at den skal loade innhold. Når den endelig er inne i menyen er det stor sjans for at den fryser, så finn det du vil se raskt og for all del ikke bytt noe med det første. Sjansen er nemlig stor for at du må drepe appen og bruke en evighet på å logge inn igjen.

App shortcomings kills the joy. 1. does not remember where I left off. Most often than not it wants to start at the end of S1E1 2. does not remember which episodes I have seen. See above 3. horrendously bad compression and lack of image quality - overall. On iPhone. 4. blames connection speed on user side when that is obviously not the case (1Gb into house, extremely reliable, balanced and fast access points that kicks all other apps into spontaneous action.) I NEVER have any stuttering in NetFlix, AppleTV, Disney, YouTube or any other means of streaming on my iPhone 11 pro. Image quality is superiour on all other apps mentioned. It really kills my enjoyment having to restart the app just because I scrubbed the timeline (to find where the hell I was just two hours ago, when I pressed pause and ended my session) and sends the app into an eternal «Video will resume when your connection improves». As to user interface… meh. Not very easy to browse. Thank goodness it does not autoplay trailers and have self advertisements for non-video content. Thumbs up for that.

Bare feilmeldinger, app virker ikke. Måtte si opp abonnement grunnet feil i app gjentagende.

Ok. Bra for serier og filmer…. Men synd at man må gå ut og inn på hver episode for skjermen blir svart… ellers bra app!
