Decent. It’s a well designed UI and works well. My only complain is that on iOS (I’m on iPhone 13 pro) it is a noticeable stutter while scrolling through the app. Possible error with 120hz? Idk, hope it can get fixed asap

Amazing app. I love the reworked app. Functionally the old one was great, but the new one is much more responsive and fast.

Bugs. When trying to go to PS Store and goes to one of those buttons which opens a new window, all games shows for a glimpse of a second before it’s gone

Notifications. Hi my notifications are showing up even when iv read them verry anoying can you guys please fix that? This bugg is been here for a good while now, other than that the app is perfect 😊 stil not resolved why?

Can’t send picture. Why can’t i send picture!!

Not good. I have a PS4 which is liked to the app. When browsing for new games, it only shows me PS5 games which is not helpful at all. If I have chosen/linked my PlayStation to the app, it should automatically recognise my PS and show me the games for to my console. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Skanningen. Når jeg prøvde å skanne QR med appen, skanningen siktet ikke på QR koden, bare siktet på teksten, kan ikke logg inn med QR kode.

Great app. It’s a great app, but I don’t understand why I can buy some Fifa points on it, but when I open my Fifa Companion App no points dere added

Activity feed removed. The app got much better overall but it’s missing activity feed which kinda ruins it all.

Best update!. It is much better to be on this app now then before

This app keeps getting better. Being able to watch your clips is an amazing addition

This app is super slow.. It is incredibly slow. Basically whenever I press something it takes at least 3-6 seconds to respond or it will freeze. I’ve got a iPhone 12 with no problems with other apps, so my phone can’t be the problem.

Keeps singing out. Thanks to Sony’s idiotic stance that I can’t change my PSN Country, i had to create a new account. I tried signing in with the account and now it just signs out every time I try to edit my profile, add payment methods and some other things too. My Xbox account was a flip of a switch and I was up and running with all my achievements and purchases i tact. It’s almost enough for me to leave Sony and get a Xbox Series X instead.

Needs fix. Works good, but after iOS 15, I’m having trouble starting the app. I need to minimize it, then open it back up. Very annoying.

Message app. Why isn’t the message and the community app in the same app or the same app. Add the message app in the PlayStation app

Kicks out. Ble kastet ut av appen hver 10min og det er veldig irriterende når jeg vil bare bla gjennom butikken og ser etter spill. Kommer aldri til bundet hvis dette fortsetter.

Ok. I would probably buy more games if it was possible to view actual gameplay screens instead of the games' "promotional" images.

Fellesfunksjoner på ps4. Hva er vitsen med å fjerne fellesfunksjonene på ps4, om dere ikke ordner opp garanterer jeg mange sure kunder😘 Har 3 ps4 pro så dette kommer til å være svindel om dere skal si dere har funksjoner og fjerne dem av grådighet etter.

Can't see how many hours you've played in a VR game.. Can't see how many hours you've played in a VR game. And some games that are Vr and Flat screen you don't get advancment when you play Vr as resident evil village

Mye feil. programmet fungerer veldig dårlig. Feilmeldingen dukker stadig opp. Jeg kan ikke kjøpe spillet av samme grunn.

Flott applikasjon. Veldig bra oversikt på appen, og utrolig deilig å kunne bruke chatte-funksjonen på mobil, istedet for på PS5. Bruker appen hver gang jeg spiller.

Veldig bra. Alt sammen er samme som på PlayStation untatt at man ikke kan spille

Cover image. Where do i change the cover image in the app like i could before? Also the app is a bit confusing but its fine. Overall very helpfull app but not perfect

Can’t find my friend. My friend and I can’t find each other no matter what privacy settings we have and how long we search.

Annoying as all H***. For the last few days I’ve got 20+ notifications about two games on sale. The same notification for the same game up to two hours apart. Immediately delete, this is absurd

Stop downgrading the app!. We know you want us to install as many different apps as possible, but I don't want to have to have 3-4 PSN apps. Why have you removed the ability to turn on the ps4 remotely? 🤯

Download pictures/videos when not on wifi. When I try downloading pictures/videos without a wifi connection, I get a message from the app saying I’m about to download several hundred GB… But when my phone is connected to wifi, that never happens….

Slow and annoying. Too much bugs occuring while trying to cancel the subscriptions

Bring back MyPlaystation!. Bring back MyPlaystation on the web browser or maybe PlayStation app that works on PC / Mac. And also bring back the possibility to like when friends get trophies. It seems like Sony wants to sweep trophies and interactivity between friends under the carpet. For us trophies hunters the stuff that has happened after ps5 came out is very sad. When I play on PlayStation I have no way to see that my trophieHunter partner got a trophie without going in to my mobile and look for it in the Ps app. Really combersome.

Svakt.. Ganske svak app. Mangler ønskeliste. Ingen mulighet til å endre rekkefølgen ting blir vist på når du går inn på en kategori, kan for eksempel ikke endre til pris lav til høy eller lignende. Kunne lært mye av Steam sin app.

Veldig bra MEN. Appen er veldig bra i seg selv men det ville ha vært et plus om man kunne sende meldinger i samme app

Dårlig.. Appen ekstremt ustabil, blir alltid logget ut og må logge inn.

Gruppe Chat. Hadde vært mye bedre om man kunne bli med i en gruppe gjennom en av Appene. Ofte kan det hende at man skal snakke med noen venner som spiller uten at man skal spille. Det hadde vært en kjempe kul funksjon og det hadde selvfølgelig økt bruker tallene hos dere. Jeg hadde for eksempel laster ned appen deres og brukt den.

Keeps disconnecting. The connection to the server keeps dropping so I need to log in again if I haven’t used the app recently. What’s the point in having an app if I could just as well use the web page. Very irritating! Other than that very useful parental controls.

Love the ps app. Great app to have control of your ps community. Whos online? Whats in th ps store, what theophies do i have and lots more. Also have easy access to cross apps like second screen, ps messanger and remote play. All in this app. Thank you

Horrible app. I never used this until after they removed the PSN message app, and I find this horrible to use, laggy, glitchy, slow and less functions like you can’t zoom in on pictures and screenshots people sent to you.

No landscape mode. Completely useless app if you run it on iPad as it only runs in portrait mode which means you can’t have your iPad sitting on the table next to you when you play without picking it up. Worked in the previous version. It’s not rocket science!

Tulleoppdatering. WTF kan vi få landskapsmodus tilbake?? JÆ... idioter!! Har iPaden montert på tastatur, bør ha begge valg på ipad versjonen.. FIX IT PLZ!!

Barely works. Unable to purchase games in the app. Only get error messages. Can’t download games if there is a single player, multiplayer choice.

Appen krasjer hel tida. Etter jeg oppdaterte appen er det nesten umulig å få åpnet den. Det kommer opp feilmeldinger der det står «det har oppstått en feil» og så kræsjer den og lukker seg.

Super app!. Tenkte egentlig bare å laste ned appen for å se hvem av vennene mine som var online, men nå er kanskje denne appen min mest brukte app.

Landskapsmodus?. For en stund siden fikk endelig «Communities» appen deres landskapsmodus. Nå oppdaterer dere hoved appen til ny design uten landskap? For meg veldig tungvindt da jeg har iPad stående som en laptop påmontert tastatur.

Party chat. I really love the app the only bad thing about it is that you can't talk to people in party. It would make things easier for my friends if I could talk to them in a party instead of writing all the time.
