Retur. Hi, I don't have a return label available and need to return 2 items that didn't fit my size. can you send a copy of the return label that I can attach to the bag. I also wonder if return shipping is not included since I paid over NOK 4,000

Not worth buying when return is 400 NOK. Please be more transparent about the goods being needed to return to the UK which is basically no feasible from Norway. Gutted that returning 4 items that wouldn’t fit would cost me 400 NOK… never ordering again and wouldn’t recommend unless you are 100% sure it will fit.

Poor app. Poor app with useless discount notification that don’t work. Don’t send discount notifications to users discounts don’t apply to.

Recieved a wrong item in one order, then my next order arrives late by a week. As said in title..

ASOS review. The clothes are great but the delivery is sketchy af with some things coming way earlier then they should be and some much later then they should be!

Like bra som Zalando. Men anbefaler norske brukere å velge GBP som valuta istedenfor NOK, da sparer man penger.

Sykt dyrt å returnere!!. Bra app og oversiktlig, men alt for dyrt å sende tilbake. Dårlig informasjon om det å returnere ting, hvordan og hvor mye det vil koste osv. Kostet 436kr for meg å sende tilbake. Så selvom klærne sikkert er fine og appen var bra så vil jeg ikke kjøpe der igjen. Zalando er like fint.

Retur. Måtte betale nesten 500 kr i retur, kommer nok ikke til å handle der igjen, men mindre den blir gratis…

Not so god. Liker ikke, fordi kuppongene med tilbud gjelder aldri for meg som bor i Norge. Da er det ikke vits å være medlem og få tilbudene på email, når jeg ikke kan benytte meg av disse.

Expensive return fees!. Very expensive return/exchange fees, ordered 6 dresses and none lo oked as good as the pictures

Nope. Very easy to shop, but extremely hard to make a complaint/get a refund when the order is faulty, even through they claim to be «here for you» 24/7. Will not shop here again.

Does not accept returns. Asos will send the returned products back to you and make up all sorts of excuses why you cannot have a refund.

Styr unna. Umulig og dyrt å returnere varer.. har kostet meg mer for å prøve å bli kvitt varene jeg ikke ønsket, enn om jeg hadde beholdt dem.. brukt 3 måneder på å prøve å returnere og snakke med kundeservice, og varene har enda ikke kommet gjennom retur.. Dårlig kvalitet på varene, og meget varierende størrelses. styr unna!

Customer care. No help when it comes to returning an item. No help at all when it comes to changing sizes on times

Plus size. Finally some nice clothes in big sizes! Everything I buy from here fits me. Wonderful.

Horrible Customer Service. This app SUCKS when it comes to customer service, tried to send an Email but in the email i got back said that they were not able so send an email back to me. The Live Chat is useless, i tried typing in where can i find the "Create Return" button because I don’t have it on my phone for some reason. The response i got back was nowhere near the answer i was looking for. Otherwise I do like the clothes they have but wish they fixed their Customer Services, just wasted 100$ for two pieces of clothing that ill never use because of Asos’s bad customer service

Mera. I like shopping your produkt. But shipping over 35£ is not free it should have been.

Terrible login system. The login system can’t find my account when i login, and the customer service says the same thing again and again. And i dont believe its a real person behind it because the person behind it answers like a AI. Login system goes around in a circle when i try to login in with my original email with «this email adress already exists» i try login with google account «ops, it looks like you already have logged in with a social account» then i get put in the place for making a new account to join and it starts again.

Worst comunication system ever. The information i got given is wrong the delivery is 1 week late and i can’t track my parcel

Return/refund. I like the products they offer but its so hard to return/refund. The worst system of refund ive seen and im not familiar with something like this compared to other refund system like zalando and zara.

It sucks for real. So hard to return and super hard to get in contact with customer service for more specific questions. Clothes are really bad quality and the shipping is really late. It said that it would be arriving a week ago and still have not heard anything

Best app. I like this app

My order got “lost”. i ordered from Asos the 17th of October. It was estimated delivery 27th of October. It never got here. Then i contacted via mail and they said i had to wait 5-7 business days passed the delivery date. So i did. I contacted again 11 days after estimated delivery and they said that we had to consider the order lost and that i could get a replacement. I was happy UNTIL two of the products i ordered were UNAVAILABLE, and i got a refund. Its now the 3th of November and i have to wait 10 more days for my money back and probably have to wait a whole month for the SINGLE replacement. Never ordering again from Asos.

Returnering. Ekstremt dårlig returnerings informasjon. Jeg får ikke returnert varen min og når jeg prøver å sende Mail til ASOS svarer de bare med at det ikke går an å sende Mail til de og jeg må lese på de dårlige sidene deres.

Asos is tf GOAT. Asos is brilliant! Tons of clothes, accessories and brands to choose between. This is where I shop and I’m happy about it. The only thing that really grinds my gears is the delivery methods. My order has multiple of times been sendt, without a tracking number. I really wanna know where my package is, and it can be pretty frustrating. Other than that «big tumbs up» :)

Love the new features. I’ve previously left some not so favourable reviews, but this latest update is actually great. The new feature for sorting saved items by price, discount, stock level et cetera, is brilliant! I’ve wanted something like this for years and this update truly exceeded my wildest expectations. Asos has the best app for online shopping, hands down.

Annoyed. Tired of being sent promo codes to which doesn’t work in my country. I'm also tired of contacting customer services about the same issue!

Not acurate at all.. So, if it's a flower somewhere on your t-shirt u'll get other t-shirts with a flower theme. Not the one in the picture(s). In that case u'll have a better chance finding something on eBay or Google even.

Kommer ikke inn. Appen laster inn hele tiden og kommer ikke inn. Sikkert en bra app, men når man ikke kommer inn på den så får jeg ikke vurdert innholdet på hva appen har å by på. Foreløpig er jeg skuffet...

A great store BUT. Sick products but the toll customs here in Norway charge so much in addition to the original price of all the products you buy, so things are always a bit more expensive than one expects.

Alt sammen. Denne er litt vanskelig og hontere. De kan gjøre det bedre da de er så store. Syns det er bare tull med at man ikke kan spore sendinger da det hjelper mye. Siden trenger en oppfriskning. Og sendinger skal ikke ha behov for å ta 2mnd for å få levert.

Unfortunate update. I’ve shopped on Asos religiously for a long time. But in a recent update there’s not free shipping when you spend 225 NOK. We have a tax fee in Norway which taxes any import over 350 NOK. So I’d usually shop for 350 NOK and get free shipping. But due to the unexpected change in free shipping I can no longer use the site , since it’s great pricing and free shipping offer isn’t available anymore. It simply isn’t worth it. And paying 300 NOK extra in taxes if I exceed the tax limit isn’t worth it at all. Very sad that I no longer will or can use ASOS. I think this update is an incredibly weird business approach since most people in Scandinavia shopped on asos for the same reasons. Very sad, hope y’all do well. It’s been a good run.

Express shipping is a scam. Their shipping is always delayed. Paying extra fees for express shipping is a scam. It will arrive just as fast with standard shipping. Been buying clothes 3 times and that is with express shipping. Where the clothes dont arrive before a timeperiode between 1-2 weeks! This is my last time using this app!! NEVER BUY EXPRESS SHIPPING. Can not even cancel the order between. And the package isnt even packed.

Moms. I normally didnt paid tax everytime i shopped from this app, but suddenly i received a mail that i need to pay tax which cost 440kr and my items cost 745kr, and its possible to contact them. I also tried to send back one of my item and that item cost 545kr but i need to pay 500+kr just to send it back. This up ASOS company is horrible!!!!! Dont shop this company anymore!!!!

Leveranse. Skulle fått pakken min for 1 uke siden. Etter jeg kontakter både posten og ASOS som ikke veit hvor pakken min er hen så nekter de og samarbeide med meg om og finne pakken eller gi meg pengene tilbake for et produkt som jeg har betalt for men ikke fått.

Love the app!. I am really pleased with the simple layout of the app. There is only one small thing I have to complain about, which is that you cannot drag down the window down to go back to the search results anymore.

Veldigt stort sortemang med mer streetwear klær en andre klær apper. Ekstremt variert med klær, bukser og accessesories. Eineste som kunne blitt bedre hadde våre å tatt t-skjorter og snekers på toppen av kategoriene dei er innenfor
